TPP对南京S外贸公司组织变革的影响研究
[Abstract]:In 2009, the United States joined the negotiations on the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement,TPP) sponsored by Chile, New Zealand, Singapore and Brunei. And pushing its development, the TPP has grown to 12 countries in 2015, and its influence has attracted global attention. Although the new President of the United States, Donald Trump, announced that the United States is leaving the TPP, with more uncertainty about its future development, the development of the TPP has so far had a significant impact on world politics and economy. Although China has not joined the TPP, as a major trading country, But also cannot escape its influence. The research object of this paper is Nanjing S Foreign Trade Company, which is a production state-owned foreign trade enterprise with hardware electric tools. In recent years, the benefit of the enterprise has declined year by year, the internal management problems have been highlighted, and the development of the enterprise has met with bottle strength. The biggest external factor is the potential impact of TPP: first, TPP has a trade transfer effect between its members and non-members. The main exporting countries of the company's products are the United States, Japan, Australia and so on among the members of the TPP. And with Mexico, Malaysia and other countries have alternative products; Second, the high standard treaties already established by the TPP have formed a certain demonstration effect. In recent years, companies have been faced more often with "countervailing, anti-dumping", environmental protection, labor protection and other issues from importing countries. The assessment of technical standards has also become more stringent. This not only increases the company's operating and management costs, but also reflects the company's problems in these areas. Therefore, it is very important to study the potential influence of TPP on the organizational change of Nanjing S foreign trade company, to explore the ways and means of enterprise transformation to meet the conditions of participating in international competition, to mold core competence and to build competitive advantage. This paper adopts the method of combining theoretical research, literature analysis and typical case study. Firstly, based on the theory of regional economic integration, this paper analyzes the impact and challenge of TPP (typical regional trade agreement) on Chinese foreign trade enterprises. Then using the case analysis method combined with SWOT matrix analysis, the PEST analysis method analyzes the problems existing in Nanjing S foreign trade company in view of TPP and its impact on the macro change environment of the company, and from the TPP state-owned enterprises, intellectual property rights, The influence of TPP on the microcosmic change environment of the company is analyzed by the contents of the main clauses such as labor and environment. Finally, based on the theoretical research of organizational change and strategic change, combined with literature analysis, this paper analyzes the potential impact of TPP on the organizational change of Nanjing S Foreign Trade Company from four aspects: strategy, organizational structure, human resource management and corporate culture. The following conclusions are drawn: 1. In view of the possible influence of TPP, Nanjing S Foreign Trade Company should adjust the enterprise strategy in time, implement the sales mode of combining domestic sales and foreign trade, and explore the high-end power tools market and expand the profit channels of enterprises. 2. It is necessary to streamline and adjust relevant functional departments, promptly respond to overseas litigation under the TPP effect and adapt to relevant trade rules; set up international trading companies, specializing in coordinating many overseas subsidiaries; and set up sales departments in domestic production plants to strengthen domestic sales. It is necessary to put people first, deepen the reform of the system and mechanism of state-owned enterprises, protect the rights and interests of workers, and mobilize the enthusiasm of employees. 4. Improve environmental awareness, mold "green", "learn" type of enterprise culture, improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.
