A贸易公司库存管理问题及对策研究

【摘要】:本文的研究对象A贸易公司是一家专业为输送传动系统做设计、销售、安装、服务于一体的私人企业,经营的产品主要面对国内市场。近几年,大部分客户纷纷采用JIT的生产方式提高企业经济效益和生产效率,这也要求A贸易公司采用先进的库存管理方法,缩短产品交货期,降低企业成本,提高客户服务水平,以求在激烈的市场竞争中得以生存和发展。但A贸易公司的库存管理问题直接影响了公司的运营成本以及管理成本,不仅造成库存积压与浪费,而且阻碍了资金流动,也掩盖了公司的其他问题。本文的选题是针对A贸易公司的实际库存管理问题提出的,针对存在的问题,试图通过理论联系实际和定性、定量分析相结合的方式提出适当的改进措施和方案。通过这些措施的实施可以提高仓库管理水平、降低企业的库存成本,减少库存资金占用,获得更大利润,从而提高整个企业的管理水平,增强A贸易公司在市场上的竟争力。而我国的贸易公司在库存管理上存在着各种各样的问题,库存居高不下,库存滞销严重,库存准确性不高,先进的管理信息系统缺失等。通过本论文的论述也给同类的贸易公司在库存管理方面提供一定的借鉴经验。
[Abstract]:Research object A Trading Company is a private enterprise specialized in designing, selling, installing and serving transmission system. The products are mainly facing the domestic market. In recent years, most customers have adopted the JIT mode of production to improve the economic efficiency and production efficiency of enterprises. This also requires A Trading Company to adopt advanced inventory management methods to shorten the delivery time of products and reduce the cost of enterprises. Improve the level of customer service in order to survive and develop in the fierce market competition. However, the inventory management problem of A trading company has a direct impact on the operating cost and management cost of the company, which not only causes inventory backlog and waste, but also hinders the flow of funds and covers up other problems of the company. This paper is aimed at the actual inventory management of A trading company, aiming at the existing problems, attempts to combine theory with practice and qualitative, quantitative analysis to put forward appropriate improvement measures and schemes. The implementation of these measures can improve the level of warehouse management, reduce the inventory cost of enterprises, reduce the use of inventory funds, obtain greater profits, thus improve the management level of the whole enterprise and enhance the competitive power of A trading company in the market. However, there are a variety of problems in inventory management of Chinese trading companies, such as high inventory, serious unsalable inventory, low inventory accuracy, lack of advanced management information system and so on. Through the discussion of this paper, it also provides some reference experience for the similar trading companies in inventory management.
