城市物联网环境下无锡博盛图文公司信息化系统建设研究

【摘要】：“管理信息系统(MIS)、文件处理系统(DPS)、物资需求计划(MRP)、决策支持系统(DSS)、企业资源计划(ERP)、……”长长的字符串,宣示着一段时期以来信息化潮流的澎湃。尽管面临系统引入过程中的高投入、长周期及适配性问题,可成功者所演绎的管理效应,经济效应仍催生了各类效颦者,众中小企业亦趋之若鹜。然而小微企业资金少,面对业务变化快,控制产业链能力弱,突发事件多,急单、插单、取消订单频繁,系统灵活性与标准化制衡体系存在冲突。本研究以无锡博盛图文为研究个案,在对企业信息化建设进行理论梳理的基础上,重点解剖博盛图文借助城市物联网平台构建企业自身信息系统的实践活动,系统的探讨其融入城市公共物联网平台,分步实现自身信息化的路径,进而提出持续建设信息系统的对策建议。本文的主要研究结论是：第一、企业战略是企业之魂,企业信息系统是实现企业战略的工具,城市物联网是企业所处的外部环境。城市物联网环境下,小微企业建立信息系统具有开拓市场、引进外部技术和管理经验、开发外部资源、改善外部环境、推动企业改革、联系企业内外、优化绩效考评、强化风险控制八项作用,应秉承“一把手”介入,用户参与,自顶向下,工程化,经济性,技术与非技术并重六项原则。小微企业可以通过自身信息系统与物联网系统的对接,在物联网生态圈中切换角色定位,调配外部资源、拓展市场,提升核心竞争力,增加管理效益和经济效益。第二、物联网环境下博盛图文近年来取得了良好的管理效益、经济效益,与其选择融入城市物联网平台,形成互惠共生的网络生态,结合组织重构、内控优化,转嫁了技术优化成本,导入系统软件,同步引入匹配的管理模式,有着密切的关联。第三、博盛图文努力克服着一般小微企业投入信息系统建设所要面对的复杂矛盾,同时也面临内控机制调整期、产业升级阵痛期、历史问题消化期“三期叠加”,其管理改革需要深化,其信息系统建设有待继续推进。第四、有的放矢的提出“平衡投入、弥补瓶颈、重构系统、调整内控”是无锡博盛图文有限公司持续推进信息系统建设的方向文章中对博盛图文有限公司信息系统初创期的经验教训总结,内部矛盾分析及持续建设建议,相信对企业利用外部资源,建设企业信息系统,提高自身需求响应速度,成本控制能力和信息化管理能力有指导意义。

Although faced with the problems of high investment, long period and adaptability in the process of introducing the system, and the management effect deduced by the successful person, the economic effect still gave birth to all kinds of impostors, and many small and medium-sized enterprises also flocked to it. However, small and micro enterprises have less capital, fast business change, weak ability to control industrial chain, more emergencies, urgent orders, order cancellations, system flexibility and standardized system of checks and balances exist conflicts. This research takes Wuxi Bosheng picture and text as a case study, on the basis of combing the theory of enterprise information construction, mainly dissecting the practical activities of constructing enterprise information system with the help of urban Internet of things platform. This paper systematically discusses its integration into the urban public Internet of things platform, step by step to realize its own information path, and then put forward the sustainable construction of information system countermeasures. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, enterprise strategy is the soul of enterprise, enterprise information system is the tool to realize enterprise strategy, urban Internet of things is the external environment of enterprise. Under the environment of urban Internet of things, small and micro enterprises can develop market, introduce external technology and management experience, develop external resources, improve external environment, promote enterprise reform, connect inside and outside enterprises, and optimize performance appraisal. To strengthen the eight functions of risk control, we should adhere to the six principles of "leader" intervention, user participation, top-down, engineering, economy, technology and non-technology. Through the docking of their own information systems and the Internet of things, small and micro enterprises can switch roles in the ecosystem of the Internet of things, allocate external resources, expand the market, enhance the core competitiveness, and increase the efficiency of management and economic benefits. Secondly, in the Internet of things environment, Bosheng has achieved good management benefits and economic benefits in recent years. Instead of choosing to blend into the urban Internet of things platform, it forms a mutually beneficial symbiotic network ecology, combined with organizational reconstruction, internal control optimization. The transfer of technology optimization cost, the introduction of system software, the synchronous introduction of matching management mode, there is a close relationship. Third, Bosheng tries to overcome the complex contradictions that small and micro enterprises have to face when they invest in the construction of information systems. At the same time, they also face a period of adjustment of the internal control mechanism, a painful period of industrial upgrading, and a period of "three superpositions" in the period of historical problem digesting. Its management reform needs to be deepened, and its information system construction needs to be further promoted. Fourth, put forward a targeted "balance of investment, make up for bottlenecks, and restructure the system," Adjustment of Internal Control "is the direction of Wuxi Bosheng Picture and text Co., Ltd to continuously promote the construction of information system. In the article, the author summarizes the experience and lessons of the initial period of information system of Bosheng Picture and text Co., Ltd., and analyzes the internal contradictions and suggestions for continuous construction." It is believed that it is of guiding significance for enterprises to use external resources, build enterprise information systems, improve their own demand response speed, cost control ability and information management ability.
