中国—东盟贸易结构特征和优化对策研究

【摘要】：2010年中国——东盟自由贸易区正式全面启动,中国和东盟之间削减关税,多种商品实行零关税。中国——东盟自由贸易区建成之后,受零关税的政策影响,双边贸易额强势增长。自从中国和东盟确定全面经济合作以来,两者关系发展迅速,政治互信明显提高,经贸往来日益频繁,合作领域不断扩大。相关数据显示,最近几年我国和东盟的贸易总额持续增长。在贸易结构各方面随着贸易量的增加而呈现出不同的结构变化。贸易结构的特征变化对中国与东盟外贸长久的发展存在相当大程度的影响,为了中国与东盟的双边贸易长久健康合理的发展,这就提出了优化贸易结构的要求。 本文对中国与东盟近10年的双边贸易数据进行分析,随着贸易量的变化,贸易结构特征随之变化,在商品结构上进出口商品竞争性和互补性共存；在东盟内部国别贸易不均衡,市场相对集中；贸易方式是一般贸易为主,但有下降的趋势,加工贸易方式出现增长；对东盟的贸易主要是以外商投资企业为主,其他企业的占比有所增长。中国——东盟自由贸易区的建立,要素禀赋的差异,经济发展的速度,全球产业转移以及人民币跨境结算业务的推行,都在一定程度上影响到了中国与东盟贸易结构的特征。同时贸易结构的特征对中国与东盟的贸易产生了积极影响和消极作用。为了促使双方贸易向着健康合理的方向发展,必须优化贸易结构。对商品结构和产业结构的升级调整是优化贸易结构的前提,对贸易市场、方式、主体、地区的优化则是贸易结构调整的重要组成部分,同时发展中国与东盟的投资和海外事业。
[Abstract]:In 2010, the China-ASEAN Free Trade area was officially launched. Tariffs were cut between China and ASEAN, and zero tariffs were imposed on a variety of commodities. After the completion of the China-ASEAN Free Trade area, the bilateral trade volume grew strongly under the influence of zero tariff policy. Since China and ASEAN determined comprehensive economic cooperation, the relationship between the two has developed rapidly, political mutual trust has been significantly improved, economic and trade exchanges have become increasingly frequent, and the field of cooperation has been expanding. Relevant data show that the total trade between China and ASEAN has continued to grow in recent years. In all aspects of trade structure, with the increase of trade volume, there are different structural changes. The change of trade structure has a great influence on the long-term development of foreign trade between China and ASEAN. For the long-term healthy and reasonable development of bilateral trade between China and ASEAN, the requirement of optimizing trade structure is put forward. This paper analyzes the bilateral trade data of China and ASEAN in the past 10 years. With the change of trade volume, the characteristics of trade structure change, and the competitiveness and complementarity of import and export commodities coexist in the commodity structure. Within ASEAN, the country trade is unbalanced and the market is relatively concentrated. The mode of trade is mainly general trade, but there is a downward trend, and the processing trade mode has increased. The trade with ASEAN is mainly foreign-invested enterprises, while the proportion of other enterprises has increased. The establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade area, the difference of factor endowment, the speed of economic development, the global industrial transfer and the implementation of RMB cross-border settlement business all affect the characteristics of the trade structure between China and ASEAN to a certain extent. At the same time, the characteristics of trade structure have a positive and negative impact on the trade between China and ASEAN. In order to promote the development of bilateral trade in a healthy and reasonable direction, it is necessary to optimize the trade structure. The upgrading and adjustment of commodity structure and industrial structure is the premise of optimizing trade structure, while the optimization of trade market, mode, main body and region is an important part of trade structure adjustment, and the investment and overseas undertakings between China and ASEAN are developed at the same time.
