  贸易顺差在各国发展中发挥着重要作用,因为贸易顺差是推动经济增长和国家发展的关键动力。然而,非洲地区国家一直存在着贸易逆差问题,从而在国际贸易领域逐渐被边缘化。非洲国家进口额大于出口额及其出口原料来源的不稳定性是导致非洲地区贸易边缘化的主要因素之一。非洲边缘化问题深植于其与欧洲国家关系史和当前国际体系的辩证性中。殖民时期,非洲传统经济动态模式被调整为,非洲殖民国向宗主国输送的劳动力和原料,从而对非洲地区的社会、经济和政治生活产生长期影响。非洲国家独立后,本土精英维持着殖民贸易模式,使有利于前宗主国的制度得以持续。独立进程造成国家的分化:前殖民国成为发达国家和北方国家,前殖民地和其他国家成为第三世界国家、发展中国家和南方国家。自此,双方关系性质将是各方为控制和生存所进行的持久斗争之一。例如,世界贸易组织届会期间谈判的失败反映出发展中国家在努力发出自己声音的过程中所遭遇的困难。此外,非洲精英缺乏解决所面临问题的真正意愿。尽管非洲经济并非铁板一块,但是目前整个非洲的贸易模式是相似的,由此导致的后果是灾难性的。经济作物作为首要考量会增大食品安全的风险,增加食品进口量,从而导致贸易赤字。非洲贸易赤...
