文化创意产业转型 ——以广州市白云区三元里村怡发广场商业城经营模式转型为例

广州作为祖国的南大门和改革开放的最前沿,随着从农业文明向产业文明转型的基本实现,工业社会向后工业社会的转型随之展开,以制造业为主的产业亟需转型升级。“互联网+”、“文化+”新理念的践行和跨界融合成为经济社会发展的新形态和新的经济增长点,为广州传统产业转型升级提供了新思路和新方向。然而,城中村作为中国大陆大城市的一种独特现象,其经济社会的产业化发展与人口素质之间日益凸显的不匹配的矛盾严重制约着产业转型升级的提质加速。城中村改造的产业转型问题已经成为广州市增强城市竞争力和实现城市转型升级的关键性问题之一。本研究综合运用产业结构转型升级理论、产业结构演进理论、文明转型理论、文化模式转型理论以及人的现代化理论,采用定性研究、个案研究、定量研究以及数据分析等研究方法,选取了全面实现产业化的广州市白云区三元里村作为研究对象,以三元里村怡发广场商业城中的广东音像城和怡发美容化妆品商场为研究案例,研究其作为广州城中村的缩影在新的转型升级中的问题与对策,深入分析及探讨其在“互联网+”、“文化+”背景下的产业结构转型升...
