包容性增长背景下的普惠金融发展战略

【摘要】：包容性增长和普惠金融这两个概念有什么样的内在联系?在我国的特定国情下,如何制定包容性增长背景下的普惠金融发展战略?本文结合包容性增长和普惠金融的内涵进行辨析,认为普惠金融是在包容性增长的范畴之内,是包容性增长在经济金融领域的一项具体措施。本文分析了发展普惠金融的"政府引导、市场主导"基本原则,并结合我国国情和国际经验,探讨了在包容性增长背景下政府应如何制定普惠金融发展战略。
[Abstract]:What are the interlinkages between the concepts of inclusive growth and inclusive finance? Under the specific situation of our country, how to formulate inclusive financial development strategy in the context of inclusive growth? This paper analyzes the connotation of inclusive growth and inclusive finance, and points out that inclusive finance is within the scope of inclusive growth. It is a concrete measure of inclusive growth in the field of economy and finance. This paper analyzes the basic principles of "government leading and market leading" for the development of inclusive finance, and combines the national conditions of our country and international experience. This paper discusses how the government should formulate inclusive financial development strategy in the context of inclusive growth.
