宁夏银行农村信贷产品的开发研究

【摘要】:宁夏银行成立于1998年,是由宁夏回族自治区、银川市两级政府组建的一家股份制城市商业银行。宁夏银行坚持“服务中小企业、服务城乡居民”的市场定位,走特色化、差异化的业务发展道路,在宁夏地区市场占有率连续多年领先。近年来,受经济下行影响,商业银行经营水平出现明显下滑,2012-2016年,国内银行业增速画出了一条从“两位数”到“个位数”到“零时代”的自由落体式轨迹,银行规模边际效益锐减。宁夏银行在激烈的竞争环境中资源稀缺、增长点匮乏,急需挖掘新的市场、新的产品,突破现有模式。“三农”金融服务一直是金融创新的热点和难点,面对当前并不活跃的整体市场状况,将注意力放在农村金融产品的创新与发展是十分有必要的。长期以来,农村金融市场主要被农业银行、农村信用社占有,宁夏银行只注重城市相关金融产品的开发,农村金融市场比重很小。宁夏银行目前农村信贷品种单一,创新性、吸引力不足,有效的将市场整合的能力弱,造成了市场分散,信贷资产质量较差的现状。本文从解决现阶段宁夏银行农村金融产品匮乏,农村信贷资产质量不足的问题为出发点,通过分析当前宁夏农村金融现状找出宁夏银行发展农村信贷产品的着力点,在分析结果的基础上探索农村信贷产品的营销模式,建立创新型农村信贷产品的设计方案,设计出满足宁夏农村需要的农村信贷产品。为宁夏银行的业务创新提供思路。
[Abstract]:Established in 1998, Ningxia Bank is a joint-stock city commercial bank set up by the Ningxia Hui Autonomous region and Yinchuan municipal government. Ningxia Bank insists on the market orientation of "serving small and medium-sized enterprises and serving urban and rural residents." The differentiated business development path has led the market share in Ningxia for many years. In recent years, under the influence of the economic downturn, the level of commercial banks' business operation has declined significantly in 2012-2016. The growth rate of domestic banking has drawn a free-fall trajectory from "double digit" to "single digit" to "zero era", and the marginal benefit of bank size has been drastically reduced. In the fierce competitive environment, Ningxia banks are scarce in resources and lack of growth points. It is urgent to tap new markets, new products and break through the existing model. The "three rural" financial services have always been the hot and difficult points of financial innovation, facing the current inactive overall market situation. It is very necessary to pay attention to the innovation and development of rural financial products. For a long time, the rural financial market has mainly been occupied by the Agricultural Bank and the Rural Credit Cooperatives. The Ningxia Bank only pays attention to the development of urban related financial products. The proportion of rural financial markets is very small. At present, the Bank of Ningxia has a single variety of rural credit, innovative and unattractive, and its ability to effectively integrate the market is weak, resulting in market fragmentation. The present situation of the poor quality of credit assets. This paper starts from solving the problem that the rural financial products of Ningxia Bank are scarce and the quality of rural credit assets is insufficient. By analyzing the present situation of rural finance in Ningxia to find out the focus of Ningxia Bank to develop rural credit products, on the basis of the analysis results, to explore the marketing model of rural credit products, and to establish the design scheme of innovative rural credit products. To design rural credit products to meet the needs of Ningxia rural areas and provide ideas for the business innovation of Ningxia Bank.
