徽商银行合肥分行个人理财产品调研报告

【摘要】:随着互联网金融的快速发展,传统银行业务受到了巨大的冲击,各大商业银行纷纷寻求改革以应对激烈的金融市场,不断推出新型银行业务,以满足客户的投资需求,理财产品市场因此得到快速发展,对银行业的多元化经营起到了重要的推动作用。此外,随着经济的发展,国内居民的收入增长速度不断上升,居民不再希望单纯的把资金存在银行却只能得到微薄的利息收入,而是寻求更大的增值可能,对理财产品的需求也越来越高,这进一步促进了银行理财产品的发展。但是随之而来的各种问题也困扰着各大商业银行,如何满足不同层次的投资者需求的理财产品?如何控制好理财风险来保护好投资者的利益?未来商业银行的理财产品市场的发展道路依然任重道远。本文以徽商银行合肥分行个人理财产品为研究对象,采用调查问卷、对比分析等方法,从投资者的基本情况、行为动机和理财产品自身的要素统计三个方面分析徽商银行合肥分行个人理财产品可能存在的问题,并从外部视角、内部视角和投资者视角三个角度分析制约徽商银行合肥分行个人理财产品发展的主要因素。最后给出一些建议,希望可以对徽行合肥分行和全国其他商业银行的理财产品的研发、销售和发展起到一定的参考作用。第一章主要介绍了调研的背景、调研的目的与意义、调研的方法以及创新点与不足点;第二章主要介绍了徽商银行合肥分行理财产品的发展状况;第三章在总结了徽商银行合肥分行理财产品面临的状况基础上进行问卷的设计与发放并对问卷调研的结果进行统计分析;第五章从三个角度分析制约徽商银行合肥分行理财产品发展的主要因素并分析其存在的问题;第六章对理财产品的发展提出对策。希望本次调研的结果能对未来银行业理财产品的发展提供一些建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet finance, the traditional banking business has been greatly impacted. The major commercial banks have sought to reform to deal with the fierce financial market, and continue to launch new banking business to meet the investment needs of customers. As a result, the rapid development of the wealth management product market has played an important role in promoting the diversification of the banking sector. In addition, with the development of the economy, the income growth rate of domestic residents has been rising. Residents no longer want to keep their money in the bank but can only earn a meagre interest income. Instead, they seek greater possibilities of appreciation, and the demand for wealth management products is also increasing. This has further promoted the development of banking financial products. However, the following problems are also puzzling the major commercial banks, how to meet the needs of investors at different levels of financial products? How to control the financial risk to protect the interests of investors? There is still a long way to go for the development of the financial products market of commercial banks in the future. This paper takes the personal financial products of Hefei Branch of Huizhou Commercial Bank as the research object, using questionnaire, comparative analysis and other methods, from the basic situation of investors. This paper analyzes the possible problems of the personal financial products in Hefei Branch of Huizhou Commercial Bank from three aspects: behavioral motivation and the statistics of the elements of the financial products themselves, and from an external perspective, This paper analyzes the main factors restricting the development of personal finance products in Hefei Branch of Huizhou Commercial Bank from the internal perspective and investor perspective. Finally, some suggestions are given. It is hoped that it can be used as a reference for the development, sales and development of financial management products in Huixing Hefei Branch and other commercial banks throughout the country. The first chapter mainly introduces the background, purpose and significance of the investigation. The second chapter mainly introduces the development of Huizhou Commercial Bank Hefei Branch's financial products. The third chapter summarizes the financial products of Huizhou Commercial Bank Hefei Branch on the basis of the design and distribution of the questionnaire and the results of statistical analysis of the questionnaire; The fifth chapter analyzes the main factors restricting the development of Huizhou bank Hefei branch financial products from three angles and analyzes its existing problems; The sixth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to the development of financial products, and hopes that the results of this research can provide some suggestions for the development of banking financial products in the future.
