英美成熟P2P商业平台运营模式特征解析及启示

【摘要】：相对于我国P2P行业的粗放式增长,英美成熟P2P商业平台却保持了规范、持续和快速增长,而这与其所采用的先进运营模式不无关联。现有文献数量和质量都有待提高,大部分国内文献或者资料陈旧,或者论述与实际情况存在较大偏差。文章查阅大量一手资料后,总结了英美成熟P2P商业平台运营模式的三大特征:坚持信息中介定位、坚持服务于高端个贷市场和坚持严苛的风控措施,在剖析其优势的同时也指出其不足。在此基础上针对我国金融监管部门与P2P行业提炼出相应的启示。
[Abstract]:Compared with the extensive growth of P2P industry in our country, the mature P2P business platform in Britain and America has maintained the standard, sustained and rapid growth, which is related to the advanced operation mode. The quantity and quality of existing documents need to be improved, most of the domestic documents or materials are old, or there is a big deviation between the exposition and the actual situation. After consulting a large number of primary materials, the article summarizes the three characteristics of the mature P2P business platform operating mode in the United States and the United States: insisting on the orientation of information intermediary, insisting on serving the high-end loan market and insisting on strict wind control measures. In the analysis of its advantages but also pointed out its shortcomings. On this basis, for our financial supervision department and P2P industry to extract the corresponding enlightenment.
