金融支持云南省会展业发展的方式研究

【摘要】：近年来,随着会展业在经济发展中不断实现自我突破,会展业对地区经济的促进作用愈发明显,成为地区经济发展的新的增长点。云南省会展业因其独特的自然环境优势以及前期积累的发展经验,在新形势下发展潜力凸显。金融不仅作为会展产业的融资的根本途径,同时为会展业长期可持续发展提供了根本的资金支持。然而,云南省会展产业由于受到金融市场的不完善的作用,使得云南省会展业的发展受到制约。因此,完善金融市场,构建合理的金融支持云南省会展业发展体系显得尤为重要。目前,国内外学术界对于会展活动、会展产业、会展经济的研究较多,但是金融支持会展产业发展方式这个课题还没有受到学术界广泛的关注,对于会展产业金融支持方式的问题学术界还缺乏系统全面地探索和研究。本文旨在通过研究金融支持云南省会展业发展的方式及其影响因素,从理论上和实践上分析金融业和会展业的互动关系,以金融的角度剖析会展业发展的受限的因素,提出金融支持云南省会展业发展的政策建议以供借鉴参考。本文运用文献查阅与实际调查相结合的研究方法,首先,从理论上分析金融支持会展业的内在理论逻辑,合理的金融结构、一定的金融规模、高效的金融效率促进了会展业的发展。其次,根据对金融支持云南省会展业发展现状的实际调研结果,发现存在会展企业融资渠道单一、银行金融机构信贷支持不足、资本市场上市门槛高、担保体系不健全、产业发展基金设立缓慢、会展企业自身经营管理不规范的问题。再次,借助结构方程模型,建立金融支持云南省会展业发展方式影响因素的SEM模型,运用实际调研数据对模型进行拟合,得出每个路径的因子载荷量,从而根据载荷量分析得出各个因素对金融支持云南省会展业的影响程度。最后,根据模型结果和实际调研情况,本文提出应当建立政府、金融机构、会展企业三方互动发展的会展业金融支持体系,并从金融机构、企业和政府三个大方面提出金融支持云南省会展业发展的政策建议。本研究对于完善金融支持云南省会展业发展的方式有一定的借鉴意义,有助于打造针对云南省会展业的合理、全面的金融支持体系,以此推进会展业和金融业有机结合,改善云南省会展业的金融支持力度,从而增强云南省会展业综合竞争力,最终实现建立会展业和金融业共同进步的可持续发展的新模式。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the self-breakthrough of the exhibition industry in the economic development, the role of the exhibition industry in promoting the regional economy is becoming more and more obvious, and it has become a new growth point of the regional economic development. Due to its unique natural environment advantages and the accumulated development experience, the exhibition industry of Yunnan Province has the potential to develop in the new situation. Finance is not only the fundamental way to finance the exhibition industry, but also provides the fundamental financial support for the sustainable development of the exhibition industry for a long time. However, the exhibition industry in Yunnan province is restricted by the imperfect financial market. Therefore, it is very important to perfect the financial market and build a reasonable financial system to support the development of exhibition industry in Yunnan Province. At present, there are a lot of researches on exhibition activities, exhibition industry and exhibition economy in domestic and foreign academic circles. However, the subject of financial support for the development of exhibition industry has not been widely concerned by academic circles. There is a lack of systematic and comprehensive exploration and research on the financial support mode of mice industry. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the interactive relationship between the financial industry and the exhibition industry in theory and practice, and to analyze the restricted factors of the development of the exhibition industry from the perspective of finance through the study of the ways and the influencing factors of the financial support for the development of the exhibition industry in Yunnan Province. This paper puts forward some policy suggestions on financial support for the development of exhibition industry in Yunnan province for reference. This paper uses the research method of combining literature review and actual investigation. Firstly, it theoretically analyzes the internal theoretical logic, reasonable financial structure, certain financial scale of financial support exhibition industry. Efficient financial efficiency promotes the development of exhibition industry. Secondly, according to the actual investigation results of the present situation of financial support in Yunnan conference and exhibition industry, it is found that there are single financing channels for exhibition enterprises, insufficient credit support for bank financial institutions, high threshold for capital market listing, and imperfect guarantee system. Industrial development fund is set up slowly, exhibition enterprise itself management is not standard problem. Thirdly, with the help of the structural equation model, the SEM model of financial support to the development of Yunnan conference and exhibition industry is established, and the actual investigation data are used to fit the model, and the factor load of each path is obtained. According to the load quantity analysis, the influence of various factors on the financial support of Yunnan conference and exhibition industry is obtained. Finally, according to the results of the model and the actual investigation, this paper proposes that the government, financial institutions and exhibition enterprises should establish a tripartite interactive development of the exhibition industry financial support system, and from the financial institutions, Enterprises and the government put forward three major financial support for the development of Yunnan exhibition industry policy recommendations. This study has certain reference significance for perfecting the way of financial support to the development of Yunnan convention and exhibition industry, which is helpful to build a reasonable and comprehensive financial support system for Yunnan convention and exhibition industry, so as to promote the organic combination of exhibition industry and financial industry. To improve the financial support of the exhibition industry in Yunnan Province, so as to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the exhibition industry in Yunnan Province, and finally realize the establishment of a new model of sustainable development of the exhibition industry and the financial industry.
