货币寻锚:生态限度与包容发展

【摘要】：从1971年起,主要货币都不再与某种商品挂钩,人类历史上第一次完全进入不可兑换的管理货币时代。然而,在愈演愈烈的生态和金融双重危机下,世界性的社会经济发展方向和方式的根本转变正在发生,货币制度也在寻求新的变革。本文探讨了各种货币制度改革主张,厘清真正可持续的货币制度改革方向:给管理货币加上稳定锚,体现生态限度与社会包容发展的基本要求。
[Abstract]:Since 1971, major currencies are no longer tied to a commodity, and for the first time in human history they have entered the era of non-convertible managed currencies. However, under the double crises of ecology and finance, the fundamental change of the direction and mode of social and economic development in the world is taking place, and the monetary system is seeking new changes. This paper discusses various kinds of monetary system reform proposals and clarifies the direction of truly sustainable monetary system reform: putting a stable anchor on the management of money and embodying the basic requirements of ecological limit and social inclusive development.
