广州城市金融竞争力的测度与评价

【摘要】：随着金融开放步伐的加快和金融市场化进程的深化,金融业的发展在城市发展中发挥着日益重要的作用。一个城市具有较强的金融竞争力,投资环境足够优良,融资渠道得以畅通,才能吸引资金,从而促进经济以及各项事业的健康发展。广州具有毗邻港澳的区位优势,随着广州、香港、澳门经济联系的日益紧密,广州、香港、澳门的金融合作也在不断增强。广州历来也是我国华南地区的经济和金融要地。近年来,广州南沙自贸区的建立,为广州的金融业发展带来了新的机遇,如果采取有力的措施,奋力开拓金融业,广州市金融业完全可以更上一层楼。基于这样的背景,本文主要是以提升广州市金融竞争力为最终目标,首先以金融资源理论、金融地理学理论和金融发展理论为基础分析了金融竞争力的影响因素,并结合IMD设定的金融竞争力评价指标体系构建出城市金融竞争力评价指标体系;然后运用主成分分析方法,对筛选出的包括广州在内的13个金融城市进行综合评价,同时还对近10年广州市金融竞争力的变化情况进行了纵向分析,从而总结出广州市在金融竞争力方面的优势、劣势等;最后针对广州市在商业环境中的比较优势和金融市场发展中的不足提出了相关对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of financial opening and the deepening of financial marketization, the development of financial industry plays an increasingly important role in urban development. A city has a strong financial competitiveness, investment environment is good enough, financing channels can be unblocked, can attract funds, thereby promoting the healthy development of the economy and various undertakings. Guangzhou has a geographical advantage adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao. As economic ties between Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macao become increasingly close, financial cooperation among Guangzhou, Hong Kong and Macao is also increasing. Guangzhou has always been the economic and financial center of South China. In recent years, the establishment of Nansha Free Trade Zone in Guangzhou has brought new opportunities for the development of the financial industry in Guangzhou. Based on this background, this paper mainly aims at improving the financial competitiveness of Guangzhou. Firstly, based on the theory of financial resources, the theory of financial geography and the theory of financial development, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of financial competitiveness. Combined with the evaluation index system of financial competitiveness set by IMD, the evaluation index system of urban financial competitiveness is constructed, and then 13 financial cities, including Guangzhou, are comprehensively evaluated by principal component analysis. At the same time, the changes of Guangzhou's financial competitiveness in the past 10 years are analyzed vertically, and the advantages and disadvantages of Guangzhou's financial competitiveness are summed up. Finally, the relative countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in the light of the comparative advantage of Guangzhou in the commercial environment and the deficiency in the development of financial market.
