[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology and the development of society, the domestic payment industry market has changed dramatically. The traditional cash payment mode has been gradually replaced by modern payment modes such as bank card, WeChat, Alipay and so on. Especially in recent years, the rapid development of information technology, the wide spread of the Internet, the rise of big data, a lot of favorable factors to promote the development of financial markets, modern financial payment has spread all aspects of people's work, entertainment, life, learning. Payment industry shows broad market prospects and huge development potential. Shensi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is a domestic high-tech advanced enterprises, the main business scope includes convenient payment, mobile exhibition industry, silver medicine self-help, computer vision, Artificial intelligence and other fields. After Shensi Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. landed on the gem in June 2015, based on its own technology accumulation and industry experience, it thoroughly studied emerging technologies such as big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, etc. The new strategy of "from industry deep cultivation to industry penetration, from identity recognition to intelligence cognition" was formulated. According to the company's strategic plan, financial payment business is one of the key business in the company's development strategy. Based on the current situation of domestic payment industry, this paper makes a deep analysis and research on the payment business of Shensi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd by means of investigation, literature research and comparative analysis. In this paper, the author analyzes the macro environment of payment industry by PEST model, the development of Shensi electronic payment business by SWOT model and Porter's five-force model. The payment business of Shensi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is clearly positioned as the product supplier, application software provider and payment operator in the payment industry. Finally, the competitive strategy of Shensi electronic payment business is obtained: focus on convenient payment field, establish independent and perfect third party receipt and aggregate payment operation system, accelerate research and development of software and hardware products in payment industry, and expand value-added services in payment industry. This paper studies the competitive strategy of payment business in Shensi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. First, "aggregate payment" is an innovative view of the development of payment business, which is put forward in this paper after researching the development of domestic payment industry, combined with the current situation of Shensi Electronics, and put forward three innovative points of innovation in view of the unique resources of the company. It is also the new trend of the development of the financial payment industry in the future. Secondly, it is predicted that with the development of payment technology and the progress of intelligent recognition technology, biometrics such as venous payment and face payment will be applied to the modern payment industry. Biometrics will replace payment carriers in existing markets as mainstream payment modes. The last innovation is the application of big data value-added service in the field of convenient payment, which is incorporated into the development plan of Shensi Electronic payment Service. In this paper, the competitive strategy of Shensi electronic payment business is obtained, and the feasibility and implementation guarantee of the strategy are demonstrated and analyzed. The establishment and implementation of the competitive strategy of Shensi-Electronic payment has laid a foundation for the company's deep cultivation in the financial industry. At the same time, the paper has discussed the current situation of the market and the environment of the industry. The analysis of internal and external resources can also provide reference for the development of other business. Due to the limitation of time and company information disclosure, the research on the competitive strategy of Shensi electronic payment business is mainly focused on the key schemes and products of the company's payment business. The deficiency of this paper is that there is no demonstration and research on all the payment products of the company.
