区块链式法定货币体系研究

【摘要】：进入21世纪以来,随着P2P通讯技术与区块链技术的成熟,哈耶克所预言的"非国家化货币"有了技术可行性,某种类似于黄金本位的区块链式法定货币体系可能在未来出现。本文在总结现行区块链货币技术特点基础上,分析了区块链式法定货币体系的制度优势,探讨了承担法定货币职能时区块链货币的技术形态,研究了区块链式法定货币体系下支付体系、货币政策、金融监管的可能变化。
[Abstract]:Since entering the 21st century, with the maturity of P2P communication technology and block chain technology, the "non-national currency" predicted by Hayek has the technical feasibility, and some block chain legal tender system similar to the gold standard may emerge in the future. On the basis of summarizing the technical characteristics of current block chain money, this paper analyzes the institutional advantages of block chain legal currency system, and probes into the technical form of block chain currency when it assumes the function of legal currency. The possible changes of payment system, monetary policy and financial supervision under block chain legal tender system are studied.
