境内企业跨境融资面临的主要难题及解决策略

【摘要】：在中国与世界经济日趋融合发展的背景下,企业跨境发展成为趋势,而跨境融资也必然成为促进企业走出去的重要措施。并且,随着融资规模不断扩大、融资方式不断丰富与政策上的放宽,让境内企业跨境融资逐渐便利化。因此,文章用相关事实和数据分析了当前境内企业跨境融资的现状和面临的主要难题,并提出了改善中国企业跨境融资的策略。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the integration and development of China and the world economy, the cross-border development of enterprises becomes a trend, and cross-border financing is bound to become an important measure to promote enterprises to go out. Moreover, with the expansion of financing scale, the enrichment of financing methods and the relaxation of policies, cross-border financing of domestic enterprises is gradually facilitated. Therefore, the paper analyzes the current situation and main problems of cross-border financing of domestic enterprises with relevant facts and data, and puts forward the strategies to improve cross-border financing of Chinese enterprises.
