【摘要】:以氧化钙和硫黄作为丁苯胶乳的改性剂,制备出人造草坪用背胶,并着重探讨了助剂掺量和粒径对背胶体系的反应温度和耐水性、草坪中单簇草丝拔出应力的影响,同时对背胶固化后的形貌进行了分析。研究结果表明:改性后背胶在2℃环境中处理120 s时,即能固化;当m(丁苯胶乳)∶m(硫黄)∶m(氧化钙)=40∶1∶10时,背胶的综合性能相对最好。
[Abstract]:Using calcium oxide and sulfur as the modifier of styrene butadiene latex, the backgels for artificial lawn were prepared. The reaction temperature and water resistance of the backgels system were discussed with emphasis on the dosage of additives and particle size. The effect of pull-out stress of single tufted grass silk in lawn was also analyzed. The results showed that the modified backing gum could be cured after 120 s treatment at 2 鈩,
