【摘要】：绿色建筑是未来建筑的发展方向,发展和推广绿色建筑是建筑节能工作的深化,是贯彻可持续发展战略和节能减排战略的重要方面,是建设资源节约、环境友好型社会的重要内容,对地区的发展具有重要意义,必须坚持发展和推广绿色建筑。在我国,随着可持续发展战略的渐进并深入实施,绿色建筑理念已开始被逐渐重视,近几年呈现出了较好的发展态势。内蒙古自治区也进行了积极的探索和实践。至2015年5月,内蒙古自治区通过绿色建筑评价标识认证的项目共计23个,绿色建筑面积仅约为350万平方米,绿色建筑发展仍处于起步阶段,绿色建筑数量少,覆盖范围较窄,绿色建筑的发展工作缺乏完整的体系,绿色建筑的发展还有很大的空间。因此,在面临如何减少资源能源消耗、减少环境污染、促进经济转型、加快社会进步等问题下,如何能充分利用本地资源和经验,做好内蒙古自治区绿色建筑推广之路非常重要。本文围绕绿色建筑的推广,从可持续发展理论、循环经济理论等理论入手,应用了比较分析法、定性与定量相结合等方法,对内蒙古自治区绿色建筑的发展现状和存在的问题、困难以及如何推广绿色建筑进行较为深入的剖析,借鉴国内外推广绿色建筑的成功经验,结合本地实际,提出了内蒙古自治区绿色建筑推广路径与机制和建议。
[Abstract]:Green building is the future development direction of building, development and promotion of green building is to deepen the construction of energy-saving work, is an important aspect to implement the strategy of sustainable development and energy saving and emission reduction strategy, is important content of the construction of resource-saving, environment-friendly society, is of great significance to development of the region, must adhere to the development and promotion of green building. In China, with the gradual in-depth implementation of the strategy of sustainable development and the concept of green building, has been gradually attention, in recent years, showing a good development trend. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region also carried out an active exploration and practice. Until May 2015, the the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region green building labeling certification of a total of 23 projects, green construction area of only about 3 million 500 thousand square meters, the development of green building green building is still in the initial stage, the quantity is less, narrow coverage, the development of green building The lack of a complete system of green building, there is still great room for development. Therefore, in the face of how to reduce resource consumption, reduce environmental pollution, promote economic restructuring, accelerating social progress, how to make full use of local resources and experience, to promote green building the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region road is very important. This paper focuses on the promotion of green building from the beginning, the theory of sustainable development, circular economy theory, using the method of comparative analysis, qualitative and quantitative methods, the development of green building in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region current situation and the existing problems, difficulties and how to promote green building a more in-depth analysis, learn from the successful experience of the promotion of green building at home and abroad, combined with the local the actual, put forward the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to promote green building mechanism and path and suggestions.
