【摘要】:摘要:工程项目的建设周期主要由两个过程组成:第一是信息过程,第二是物质过程。建筑信息模型(BIM)提高了建筑信息生产、处理、传递和应用的效率,并且架起从信息到物质过渡的桥梁。建筑产业化的发展提高了建筑实体的生产效率,将传统分散式建造过程转变为将工厂大规模生产的通用部品安装到位的过程。在此背景下,构建以建筑部品为特征的信息分类及编码体系势在必行,它是建筑信息传递、管理的基础,也是建筑生产及管理的基础。 本论文从建筑信息分类与编码体系的标准化入手,从两个层面分析,一是分类与编码体系的标准化,二是具体的分类与编码方法的标准化;其中,分类与编码方法的标准化分析基于信息分类与编码的基本理论,体系的标准化分析基于建筑业国内外信息分类与编码体系的对比研究。 第三章对建筑部品信息化的概念进行了界定,然后分析了建筑部品的特性以及BIM应用的不同阶段、不同专业对于建筑部品信息的需求。 第四章分析了ISO提供的建筑业信息分类体系的构建过程,以建筑信息分类模型为基础,推导出以建筑部品为特征的建筑信息分类模型、分类框架,并生成了相应的分类表。 第五章基于以上分析,完成了建筑信息化与建筑产业化双重背景下“基于BIM的建筑部品信息分类与编码体系”的基本构建,分析了分类对象、分类与编码方法,并编制出了“工项”、“项目阶段”、“建筑部品”、“属性”四个分类表。 最后以“2013国际太阳能十项全能竞赛”(SD CHINA2013)匕京交通大学赛队“i-yard "参赛项目为例,解析了新的信息分类与编码体系的应用,说明了在设计阶段、虚拟建造阶段、部品预制/采购阶段、施工阶段,本论文提出的体系如何实现行业内建设资源、建设阶段、建设成果信息的传递。
[Abstract]:Abstract: the construction cycle of engineering project consists of two main processes: the first is the information process, the second is the material process. The construction information model (BIMM) improves the production and processing of the building information. The efficiency of transmission and application, and the bridge from information to material. The development of building industrialization has improved the production efficiency of the building entity. In this context, it is imperative to construct information classification and coding system characterized by building parts. It is the foundation of building information transmission and management, as well as the foundation of building production and management. This paper starts with the standardization of classification and coding system of building information, analyzes from two aspects, one is the standardization of classification and coding system, the other is the standardization of specific classification and coding method; Among them, the standardization analysis of classification and coding methods is based on the basic theory of information classification and coding, and the standardization analysis of the system is based on the comparative study of information classification and coding systems at home and abroad in the construction industry. The third chapter defines the concept of information of architectural products, and then analyzes the characteristics of architectural products, the different stages of BIM application, and the requirements of different majors for the information of architectural products. Chapter 4th analyzes the construction process of construction information classification system provided by ISO. Based on the classification model of building information, the classification model and classification framework of building information are derived. The corresponding classification table is generated. Based on the above analysis, Chapter 5th has completed the basic construction of "Building part Information Classification and coding system based on BIM" under the dual background of building information and building industrialization, and analyzed the classification object. The methods of classification and coding are presented, and four classification tables are worked out such as "work item", "project stage", "building department" and "attribute". Finally, taking "2013 International Solar Decathlon Competition" (SD CHINA2013) as an example, "i-yard" of Beijing Jiaotong University team is taken as an example. This paper analyzes the application of the new information classification and coding system, and explains how to realize the construction resources in the design stage, the virtual construction stage, the prefabrication / purchasing stage, the construction stage, and the system proposed in this paper.
