【摘要】:本试验首先进行了废玻璃钢筋混凝土简支梁试验的设计与试件安装。随后开展了废玻璃混凝土梁在不同剪跨比下的斜截面抗剪试验研究,其研究过程主要是针对抗剪受力机理进行理论分析,对其破坏形态进行理性讨论;对斜截面的各个破坏着力点进行荷载联立分析探讨;最后通过分析各国的规范公式计算推导废玻璃混凝土梁的抗剪承载力适用性并拟合分析折减出斜截面最大裂缝宽度计算公式。其试验所取得成果如下:(1)通过试验研究,发现废玻璃混凝土与普通混凝土有着相似的力学性能,但废玻璃替代部分骨料混凝土的立方体抗压强度较同条件普通混凝土低。(2)废玻璃粗骨料钢筋混凝土梁的抗剪承载力低于普通钢筋混凝土梁与废玻璃细骨料钢筋混凝土梁。(3)分析了废玻璃混凝土梁挠度变形,得出斜压破坏下废玻璃细骨料混凝土梁的挠度变化规律、剪压破坏下的废玻璃细骨料混凝土梁与普通混凝土梁荷载-挠度曲线、斜拉破坏之下废玻璃细骨料混凝土梁与废玻璃粗骨料混凝土梁的挠度曲线。(4)通过分析对比探讨废玻璃混凝土梁抗剪承载力公式,认为六种规范公式普通混凝土梁与废玻璃细骨料混凝土梁的值误差比较接近,其抗剪能力也趋近相同,但废玻璃粗骨料混凝土梁的计算与实测值走向不明晰,偏差较大。
[Abstract]:The first test was carried out with the specimen installation design of waste glass reinforced concrete beam test. Then carry out waste glass concrete beams with different shear span ratio under oblique section shear test, the study is mainly aimed at the shear mechanism of theoretical analysis, rational discussion of the failure pattern of each; the inclined section of the focal point for the analysis of failure load simultaneous finally by standard formula; analysis of the calculation of waste glass shear strength of reinforced concrete beams and the applicability of the fitting analysis of reduction the maximum crack width of diagonal section calculation formula. The experimental results are as follows: (1) through the experimental research, found that waste glass concrete and ordinary concrete has similar mechanical properties, compressive strength but instead of part of waste glass aggregate concrete compared with ordinary concrete conditions. (2) low waste glass aggregate The shear capacity is lower than that of ordinary reinforced concrete beams and waste glass aggregate reinforced concrete beams of reinforced concrete beams. (3) the deformation of waste glass concrete beams is analyzed, the baroclinic destruction of waste glass deflection of fine aggregate concrete beams, shear compression failure of waste glass of fine aggregate concrete and ordinary concrete beam beam load deflection curve, diagonal tension failure under the deflection curve of waste glass fine aggregate concrete beams and waste glass aggregate concrete beams. (4) through the analysis and comparison of waste glass in concrete beam shear capacity formula, that six kinds of standard formula of common concrete beam and waste glass of fine aggregate concrete beams is close to the value of error, the shear capacity is approaching the same, but the calculation and measurement of waste glass aggregate concrete beams to value is not clear, large deviations.
