【摘要】:某水厂采用"混凝/沉淀/过滤/加氯消毒"常规处理工艺,混凝剂采用液态聚合氯化铝(PAC),消毒剂采用次氯酸钠溶液。自2015年6月下旬,该地区一直持续高温少雨,原水p H值异常升高,不仅影响到混凝沉淀效果,增加了出厂水铝含量超标的风险(0.20 mg/L),同时还会影响后续消毒效果和消毒副产物生成量,给水厂生产带来了严峻挑战。通过向原水池通入CO2气体,调节原水p H值至7.20~7.60,使后续混凝沉淀效果得以改善,并将出厂水浊度和铝含量控制在较低的水平,达到了《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)的要求。
[Abstract]:A conventional treatment process of "coagulation / sedimentation / filtration / chlorination and disinfection" was adopted in a water plant. The coagulant was treated with liquid polyaluminium chloride (PAC) and disinfectant with sodium hypochlorite solution. Since late June 2015. In this area, high temperature and little rain have been sustained, and the pH value of raw water has been increasing, which not only affects the effect of coagulation and precipitation, but also increases the risk of water aluminum content exceeding the standard by 0.20 mg / L). At the same time, it will affect the disinfection effect and the amount of disinfection by-products, which brings a severe challenge to the production of water plant. Through the introduction of CO2 gas to the original pool, adjust the pH value of raw water to 7.20 ~ 7.60. The effect of subsequent coagulation and precipitation was improved, and the turbidity and aluminum content of the water were controlled to a lower level, which reached the requirement of "Sanitary Standard of drinking Water" (GB 5749-2006).
