【摘要】:加固砌体结构和框架结构的方法有很多,但多是加固受损构件。且由于加固施工影响面积大,受影响人数多,因此不能满足当前社会需要。本论文提出的分散筒加固法是一种新型的加固方法。即在建筑结构中只加固结构两端,并使加固部分形成筒体结构。加固对象为抗压满足但抗震不满足规范要求的砌体结构和框架结构。加固后的建筑结构,结构体系改变,结构传力路径发生变化。该方法与传统加固方法比,具有加固工程量小,施工影响范围小,材料利用率高,加固成本低等诸多优点。通过加固砌体结构(钢筋混凝土面层法和分散筒法加固)和框架结构(增设剪力墙法和分散筒法加固),分析两种加固方法下,结构的刚度,加固、未加固构件的内力,加固费用等几方面,比较传统法与分散筒法的优劣。为了推广这种新型加固方法,本文开展的主要工作和相关结论有:(1)通过将砌体等刚度代换板墙,建立刚度等代模型,解决了在PKPM软件砌体加固模块中不能计算混凝土板墙刚度的问题,为以后的研究应用提供依据;(2)在分散筒加固计算中,提出在PKPM中考虑加固筒体的空间效应的方法,提高了材料强度的利用率;(3)提供了利用分散筒法加固砌体结构和框架结构的计算步骤:(4)对于多层砌体结构,分散筒加固法比板墙加固法可以更大程度提高结构抗侧刚度,且能减小未加固构件的地震作用及结构加固成本;(5)对于多层框架结构,分散筒法比增设剪力墙法可以更大程度提高结构刚度,且能减小未加固构件的地震作用及结构加固成本。
[Abstract]:There are many ways to strengthen masonry structure and frame structure, but most of them are to reinforce damaged members. Therefore, it can not meet the needs of the current society. The method proposed in this paper is a new type of reinforcement method, that is, only the two ends of the structure are strengthened in the building structure. The reinforced part is made into a tube structure. The reinforced object is masonry structure and frame structure which can not meet the requirements of the code. The reinforced building structure and structure system are changed. Compared with the traditional reinforcement method, this method has the advantages of small amount of reinforcement works, small scope of construction influence, and high material utilization ratio. Through strengthening masonry structure (reinforced concrete surfacing method and dispersed tube method) and frame structure (adding shear wall method and dispersed tube method to reinforce), the paper analyzes the two reinforcement methods. In order to popularize this new reinforcement method, the stiffness of the structure, the reinforcement, the internal force of the unstrengthened members and the cost of the reinforcement are compared between the traditional method and the dispersed tube method. In this paper, the main work and related conclusions are: 1) by replacing the plate wall with the equal stiffness of masonry, the equivalent stiffness model is established. It solves the problem that the stiffness of concrete slab wall can not be calculated in the masonry reinforcement module of PKPM software, and provides the basis for future research and application. 2) the method of considering the spatial effect of the strengthened cylinder in PKPM is put forward, which improves the utilization ratio of the material strength. This paper provides the calculation steps of strengthening masonry structure and frame structure by using dispersed tube method. For multistory masonry structure, the method of dispersive tube reinforcement can improve the lateral stiffness of the structure to a greater extent than the plate wall method. And it can reduce the seismic action of unstrengthened members and the cost of structural strengthening. 5) for multi-story frame structure, the dispersion tube method can improve the stiffness of the structure more than adding the shear wall method, and can reduce the seismic action of the unstrengthened members and the cost of strengthening the structure.
