【摘要】:随着经济的发展,人们的经济收入不断提高,随之而来人们对生活质量的要求也相应提升。建筑玻璃幕墙作为一种将建筑美学、建筑功能和建筑结构等多种因素有机结合的建筑形式,有着美观、自重轻、采光好及标准化、工业化程度高等优点,对于满足人们对建筑物美观、防雨、抗风、采光、隔热、保温、隔声等需求起到了积极的作用。近三十年来,建筑玻璃幕墙在国内得到了迅猛的发展,但是随着世界性的能源问题的爆发,普通建筑玻璃幕墙在优化建筑功能的同时带来的高能耗问题也引起了人们的重点关注。如何使建筑玻璃幕墙在满足建筑物功能需求的同时又保持环保节能成为了我国乃至世界建筑界的研究热点。本文首先通过查阅国内外文献资料,对玻璃幕墙的组成、玻璃幕墙的分类和结构以及玻璃幕墙的遮阳系统进行了详细了解,分析了各组成部分以及结构形式对于玻璃幕墙节能性的影响。总结出面板材料的节能性是影响玻璃幕墙节能性的主要因素,同时,通过对影响面板材料节能性的参数进行了深入剖析,总结了影响节能性的重要参数。有助于指导建设方根据投资额、建设环境、建筑物功能需求等因素合理的选择玻璃幕墙的结构形式、建设玻璃幕墙的原材料和适宜的遮阳系统。本文以深圳地区为例,结合深圳地区的气候特点,通过对深圳市21栋玻璃幕墙建筑的调研,总结了深圳地区玻璃幕墙的应用现状,并对该部分建筑玻璃幕墙的各类设计参数进行统计分析,从而得出了影响建筑玻璃幕墙节能性的主要因素。通过对气候特点、各类玻璃幕墙结构特点以及影响其节能性的因素进行分析,提出了夏热冬暖地区玻璃幕墙建筑在节能方面可以采取的改良措施以及未来该地区在玻璃幕墙建设方面的一些建议。通过研究双层玻璃幕墙的结构组成及运行原理,总结出双层玻璃幕墙的应用特点与适用范围。还根据对国内外双层玻璃幕墙部分工程案例的设计参数的统计结果进行对比分析,提出针对国内双层玻璃幕墙应用问题的改良途径和如何根据实际情况合理的设计应用双层玻璃幕墙。并通过对典型案例进行深入研究,分析了其在应用中存在的问题,提出优化设计方案,为双层玻璃幕墙在夏热冬暖地区的改良提供了一定的理论依据。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, people's economic income is increasing, and then the requirement of quality of life is raised accordingly. Building glass curtain wall is regarded as a kind of architectural aesthetics. Building function and structure and other factors organic combination of architectural forms, with beautiful, light weight, good lighting and standardization, high degree of industrialization and other advantages, for people to meet the beauty of buildings, rain, wind resistance. Lighting, heat insulation, insulation, sound insulation and other needs have played a positive role. In the last 30 years, the building of glass curtain wall in China has been rapid development, but with the outbreak of worldwide energy problems. The problem of high energy consumption brought about by the optimization of building function has also aroused the attention of people. How to make the glass curtain wall meet the functional requirements of buildings while maintaining environmental protection and energy saving has become a major concern. China and even the world of architecture research hot spots. Firstly, this paper through the reference to domestic and foreign literature. The composition of glass curtain wall, the classification and structure of glass curtain wall and the sunshade system of glass curtain wall are discussed in detail. The influence of each component and structure on the energy saving of glass curtain wall is analyzed. It is concluded that the energy saving property of panel material is the main factor that affects the energy saving property of glass curtain wall at the same time. Through the in-depth analysis of the parameters that affect the energy saving of panel materials, the important parameters affecting the energy saving are summarized, which is helpful to guide the construction parties to build the environment according to the investment amount. The structural form of glass curtain wall, the raw material and the suitable shading system should be reasonably selected for the function requirement of the building. This paper takes Shenzhen area as an example and combines the climatic characteristics of Shenzhen area. Based on the investigation of 21 glass curtain wall buildings in Shenzhen, the application status of glass curtain wall in Shenzhen area is summarized, and various design parameters of glass curtain wall in this part of building are statistically analyzed. Through the analysis of climate characteristics, structural characteristics of various glass curtain walls and factors affecting its energy-saving. This paper puts forward some measures to improve the energy saving of glass curtain wall in hot summer and warm winter area and some suggestions on glass curtain wall construction in this area in the future. The structure composition and operation of double glass curtain wall are studied. Reason. The application characteristics and application range of double-layer glass curtain wall are summarized, and the statistical results of design parameters of some engineering cases of double-layer glass curtain wall at home and abroad are compared and analyzed. This paper puts forward the ways to improve the application of the double-layer glass curtain wall in China and how to design and apply the double-layer glass curtain wall according to the actual situation. The problems in application are analyzed and the optimum design scheme is put forward, which provides a certain theoretical basis for the improvement of double-layer glass curtain wall in hot summer and warm winter area.
