【摘要】：自改革开放以来,我国高等教育事业取得突飞猛进的发展,大学校园招生规模扩大、管理体制深化调整、办学模式不断革新,这些变革在为大学校园带来新的发展机遇的同时,也为其建设带来了不同于以往的挑战。而立足于寒地,其气候、环境、资源等特殊性也为大学校园建设提出了难题。教学区,作为大学校园中最为核心的功能区,便成为了寒地大学校园设计中的要点。本文以寒地大学校园教学区为研究对象,主要研究当代多学科交叉教育背景下,契合寒地气候与地域环境的教学区发展方向,并提出寒地大学校园教学区集约化设计的思路,以实现我国寒地大学校园的可持续发展。论文首先对寒地大学校园教学区集约化设计的研究背景、研究动态、相关概念及研究方法进行系统阐述。并基于实地调研与案例分析,对影响教学区集约化发展的动因进行解析,进而剖析集约化设计的内涵,并阐述设计原则。以此为基础,文章进一步研究寒地大学校园教学区集约化设计的具体手法,并分别从布局与功能两方面进行细致阐析。布局集约化设计方面,从群体组合集聚适寒、布局形态紧凑有机与布局生长延展有序三方面入手,以期构建适应寒地气候、集约高效的总体布局。功能集约化设计方面,则分别从使用功能多层级整合、环境营造共享开放、交通组织立体叠合三方面进行深入探讨。文章以探求植根于寒地的大学校园教学区设计方向为宗旨。综合运用统计分析法、实地调研法、归纳原型法以及图解研究方法,剖析和解决问题、提炼并总结规律。希望本文的写作能够为寒地大学校园教学区设计的面临难题与现状困境提供新的解决思路与方向,并未将来理论研究与项目实践提供有益借鉴。
