【摘要】:我国北方寒冷地区农村住宅大多靠结构本身保温,保温隔热性差,每年冬季采暖消耗能源巨大,约占全国建筑总能源消耗的2/5左右,因此,对适合北方寒冷地区农村住宅的节能保温结构的设计与研究是非常必要的。建筑保温与结构一体化技术是将建筑结构和节能保温融为一体,具有保温与结构同寿命、保温和防火性能优良、质量安全可靠等特点,可以减少工程成本、提高建筑质量和节能环保性能。本文首先对国内外建筑保温结构一体化技术和保温隔热材料发展现状进行了概括介绍和分析。通过实地调研和文献研究,了解到北方地区农村房屋在结构的整体性、抗震性、保温隔热性以及工业化发展水平方面还存在很多问题。经过对北方农村住宅现有保温材料、结构型式和发展趋势分析,课题组提出了新型预制外保温板与砌筑墙体和预制秸秆板与混凝土板两种保温结构一体化设计方案。然后选用一栋三层住宅,使用建筑热环境模拟软件DeST-h对该住宅分别采用两种保温结构一体化方案与普通粘土砖在保温节能性方面进行模拟计算、对比分析,得出每年采暖能耗可降低30%左右,具有良好的热工性能和节能减排效果。使用pkpm结构计算软件对两种保温结构一体化体系在建筑整体受力计算分析,得出两种方案下整体受力均满足要求;通过使用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对墙体承载力性能进行计算,对拉结筋采用不同直径和间距进行比较分析,得出墙整体以及墙体中拉结筋、保温层和结构层的应力和变形均很小,同时分布较为合理,体现出这两种结构均具有良好的结构性能。综上所述,这两种保温结构一体化方案值得在我国严寒和寒冷地区推广应用,也可以为今后农村住宅的设计研究提供一些思路。
[Abstract]:Most rural residential buildings in the cold areas of northern China rely on the insulation of the structure itself and poor thermal insulation. The annual energy consumption of heating in winter is huge, which accounts for about 2/5 of the total energy consumption of the construction in the whole country. It is very necessary to design and study the energy-saving and thermal insulation structure for rural residential buildings in the cold area of northern China. The integrated technology of building insulation and structure is to integrate the building structure and energy conservation and heat preservation. The utility model has the characteristics of the same life as the structure, excellent heat preservation and fire resistance, high quality, safety and reliability, and can reduce the project cost. Firstly, this paper introduces and analyzes the integrated technology of thermal insulation structure and the development status of thermal insulation materials at home and abroad, through field research and literature research. Understand that there are still many problems in the structure integrity, seismic resistance, thermal insulation and industrialization development level of rural housing in the north. Based on the analysis of the structure type and development trend, a new type of prefabricated outer insulation board and masonry wall and two integrated design schemes of prefabricated straw slab and concrete slab are put forward, and then a three-story residence is selected. In this paper, the thermal environment simulation software DeST-h is used to simulate and calculate the heat preservation and energy conservation of the residential building by adopting two kinds of thermal insulation structure integration scheme and ordinary clay brick respectively. It is concluded that the annual heating energy consumption can be reduced by about 30%, which has good thermal performance and energy saving and emission reduction effect. Using pkpm structure calculation software to calculate and analyze the two kinds of thermal insulation structure integration system in the whole building force analysis. It is concluded that the whole force under the two schemes meets the requirements. Through the use of ABAQUS finite element analysis software to calculate the bearing capacity of the wall, the different diameters and spacing of the tension bars are compared and analyzed. The stress and deformation of the insulation layer and the structure layer are very small, and the distribution is reasonable, which shows that the two structures have good structural performance. It is worth popularizing and applying in the cold and cold areas of our country, and can also provide some ideas for the design and research of rural housing in the future.
