元阳世界文化遗产区阿者科和牛倮普传统村落保护与整治方法探讨

【摘要】：随着经济的发展,村民生活水平有所提高,但由于管理力量薄弱、专业人才匮乏、保护观念落后以及无序的家园建设带来了与遗产保护之间的矛盾,导致了传统风貌格局的破坏,传统村落遗产正在消失。村落的保护不仅是民居的保护,还要保护自然环境、人文环境,因地制宜地提出具体的保护与整治措施。通过遗产区内82个村寨的现场调研,收集自然条件、历史沿革、社会经济情况、建筑遗存、风俗文化等资料。根据调研资料分析,对村落进行分类,归纳村落的存在问题,包括破坏风貌的建筑、空间形态、肌理、道路格局、环境卫生、基础设施、非物质文化遗产濒危等问题,选择遗产区内阿者科、牛倮普两个风貌保护完整的一级保护村落制定保护规划。研究相关村落保护、遗产保护的理论,传统村落保护规划的案例分析,在此基础上制定元阳世界文化遗产区阿者科和牛倮普村的保护规划。研究村落保护规划,制定保护规划指导思想与目标,保护区划分以及保护规划的要点与整治措施。通过实际项目研究性设计成果,设计说明及设计图纸。基于前面分析研究所得出的理论及设计方法,运用于笔者所接触的实际项目中,使所研究的东西真正回归于实践,为更加完善的理论提供有力的验证平台。除了完整、科学的保护规划外,针对村落现状存在的问题,提出保护与整治的措施,可以更好地帮助当地政府及村民进行村落保护与整治。本文试图在结合国内外相关理论与实践的研究基础上,深入探讨在元阳世界遗产区内传统村落的保护,通过对阿者科、牛保普两个传统村落保护规划的研究,以及传统村落保护与整治的方法探讨,以期为元阳世界遗产区的其他传统村落提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the living standard of villagers has been improved, but because of the weak management, the lack of professional personnel, the backward concept of protection and the disorder of the construction of homes has brought the contradiction between the protection of heritage. The traditional village heritage is disappearing. The protection of the village is not only the protection of the houses, but also the protection of the natural environment and the human environment. Through the field investigation of 82 villages in the heritage area, natural conditions, historical evolution, social and economic conditions, and architectural relics are collected. According to the investigation and research data analysis, the village classification, induces the village existence question, including destroys the style construction, the spatial form, the texture, the road pattern, the environment sanitation, the infrastructure. It can better help the local government and villagers to protect and renovate the villages. This paper attempts to explore the protection of the traditional villages in the Yuanyang World Heritage area on the basis of the relevant theories and practices at home and abroad. Through the study of the conservation planning of two traditional villages, the protection and renovation of the traditional villages, this paper hopes to provide reference for other traditional villages in the Yuanyang World Heritage area.
