【摘要】:随着制冷空调设备的迅速发展及普及使用,空调系统己逐步成为世界上能量消耗最多的系统之一,对空调的节能降耗已成为研究热点问题。节流装置与制冷剂充注量的匹配对空调能耗有较大影响,本文通过模拟计算和实验研究,分析基站用显热制冷空调的热力膨胀阀开度、毛细管长度和充注量的变化对空调系统性能的影响。风冷式显热制冷空调是一种制冷量为400W的机柜专用空调器,本文对机柜专用空调器的制冷部件建立稳态模型。其中压缩机采用集中参数模型,冷凝器、蒸发器和螺旋状毛细管采用分布参数模型,通过顺序模块法依次求解各模型,并分析了不同毛细管长度和制冷剂充注量对空调制冷量和COP的影响。结果表明存在毛细管长度和充注量的最佳匹配值使制冷量和COP最优,最佳匹配值为毛细管长度0.14m、充注量120g。优化后的制冷量和COP相比毛细管长度为0.2m,充注量为160g的空调样机制冷量和COP提升了5.3%和8.8%。在焓差实验室测试了空调样机的性能参数,并与模拟计算结果进行比较,实验值与计算值的最大相对误差为7.43%,模拟计算和实验研究结果可为机柜专用空调的产品设计和性能预测提供指导。通过实验研究了制冷量为5500W的水冷式显热制冷空调的不同膨胀阀开度和制冷剂充注量对系统性能的影响。实验结果表明在膨胀阀开度不变的情况下,制冷量随充注量的增加先增大后减小,其变化范围为2000W~5500W,并得出不同膨胀阀开度情况下的最佳充注量不同。当膨胀阀开度为最大开度的1/6且充注量为1900g时,系统性能最优。通过卡尔波斯判别法判定空调表冷器均处于干工况运行。本实验结果可为样机的优化提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the popularization and rapid development of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, air-conditioning system has gradually become one of the largest energy consumption in the world, the consumption of energy-saving air-conditioning has become a hot topic., a throttling device and refrigerant charge has great influence on the energy consumption of air conditioning, through the experimental study on Simulation and analysis of the base station, the use of heat the sensible heat of the refrigeration and air conditioning expansion valve opening, and the effect of the length of capillary filling quantity change on the performance of air conditioning system. Air cooled heat refrigeration and air conditioning is a cooling capacity of the cabinet air conditioner for 400W, the components of the special air conditioning refrigeration cabinet steady model was established. The compressor lumped parameter model condenser, evaporator, and spiral capillary distributed parameter model by the sequential module method to solve the model, and analyzes the different capillary length and refrigerant Effect of filling quantity of air conditioning cooling capacity and COP. The results show that the length and the best matching charge value makes the cooling capacity and the optimal COP value for the best matching capillary, capillary length 0.14m, filling quantity of 120g. after optimization of the cooling capacity and COP compared to the capillary length is 0.2m, filling quantity for air conditioner like mechanism cold 160g and COP increased 5.3% and 8.8%. difference in laboratory enthalpy performance parameters of air-conditioning prototype test, and compared with the results of simulation and calculation of maximum relative error of experimental value is 7.43%, the simulation and experimental results can provide guidance for the cabinet designed forecast product design and performance of the air conditioner. Through the experimental study on the cooling capacity of the water-cooled 5500W heat refrigeration and air conditioning of different expansion valve opening and refrigerant charge on the system performance. The experimental results show that the expansion valve opening constant under refrigeration With the increasing amount of filling quantity increases first and then decreases, the change range of 2000W~5500W, and the optimum filling quantity of different expansion valve opening under the condition of different. The decision table cold air conditioner in the dry condition of running through the Carle Persian criterion. The results can provide a reference for the optimization of the prototype.
