【摘要】:在我国能源消耗位居世界第二位的背景下,我国正在全国范围内陆续推展低能耗建筑研究的相关工作。而严寒地区的低能耗研究工作起步相对较晚,针对该地区的低能耗技术研究较为滞后,亟需在今后的研究与实践工作中探求经验。东北严寒地区低能耗村镇住宅围护结构的优化设计策略对东北严寒地区,乃至对整个绿色村镇住宅开展具有一定的参考价值。本文的研究对象是东北严寒地区的村镇住宅围护结构,在研究中通过由清华大学自主研发的建筑能耗的模拟软件De ST-h,分析以村镇住宅墙体、屋顶、外窗等围护结构为变量,对不同变量条件下的能源消耗通过模拟实验、结果比较和分析,并对各分项模拟策略进行综合比较与分析,探求面对东北严寒地区的地域特点的低能耗村镇住宅围护结构的优化设计策略。本课题主要研究基于De ST-h模拟的东北严寒地区低能耗村镇住宅围护结构的优化设计,探讨通过改变围护结构使该地区村镇住宅达到低能耗建筑的优化设计策略。主要内容有:深入研究目前东北严寒地区的气候条件、建筑特点以及围护结构的薄弱环节,对同纬度地区的村镇建筑进行大量资料研究并深入研究围护结构设计。基于此研究分析基础初步得出适合该地区情况的围护结构优化方案。分析研究初始模型建筑中的围护结构对能耗的影响。分析过程总共分为3个步骤,即1理论分析、2能耗模拟、3优化设计。通过用De ST-h建筑能耗模拟软件,针对围护结构单因素影响下的能耗模拟结果进行横向分析,并比较归纳出围护结构与建筑能耗之间存在的关系。做围护结构的综合优化设计,通过对优化方案的结果进行数据上的比较分析,并以经济可行和低能耗原则作为前提,得出适合东北严寒地区的低能耗村镇住宅的围护结构优化设计方案。论文中的围护结构优化设计均是基于对理论的研究分析后再进行计算机软件模拟,这种研究方法具有很强的客观性,并充分体现建筑优化设计过程的可控性。期望在研究中总结出的低能耗村镇住宅围护结构的优化设计策略能够对东北的严寒地区,甚至对所有气候相近的地区的村镇发展低能耗建筑提供一定参考价值。
[Abstract]:Under the background that our country energy consumption ranks second in the world, our country is developing the research work of low energy consumption building one after another in the whole country, but the research work of low energy consumption in cold area is relatively late. In view of the low energy consumption technology in this area, it is necessary to seek experience in the future research and practice. The optimization design strategy of the low energy consumption village housing enclosure structure in the northeast cold area is necessary to the northeast cold area. Even for the whole green village residential development has a certain reference value. The research object of this paper is the northeast cold area of the village housing enclosure structure. In the study, the building energy consumption simulation software de ST-hdeveloped independently by Tsinghua University was used to analyze the wall, roof, outer window and other envelope structures of the village and town residence as variables. The energy consumption under different variables is compared and analyzed through simulation experiments, and the simulation strategies are compared and analyzed comprehensively. To explore the optimal design strategy of low energy consumption residential enclosure structure in the face of the regional characteristics of the northeast cold area. This subject is mainly based on de. ST-h simulation of the northeast cold area low energy consumption residential enclosure structure optimization design. This paper discusses the optimal design strategy of low energy consumption buildings in villages and towns in this area by changing the enclosure structure. The main contents are as follows: deeply study the climate conditions in the severe cold areas of Northeast China at present. The characteristics of the building and the weak links of the enclosure structure. A large amount of data was carried out on the village and town buildings in the same latitude area and the design of the enclosure structure was deeply studied. Based on the research and analysis, the optimization scheme of the enclosure structure suitable for the situation in the area was preliminarily obtained. The initial model was analyzed and studied. The influence of enclosure structure on energy consumption. The analysis process is divided into three steps. By using de ST-h building energy consumption simulation software, the simulation results of energy consumption under the influence of single factor of enclosure structure are analyzed horizontally. And compared and concluded the relationship between the envelope structure and building energy consumption. Do the comprehensive optimal design of the envelope structure, through the results of the optimization of the results of the comparative analysis of the data. And take the principle of economic feasibility and low energy consumption as the premise. The optimal design scheme of the enclosure structure for the low energy consumption residential buildings in the cold area of northeast China is obtained. The optimal design of the enclosure structure in this paper is based on the theoretical research and analysis, and then the computer software simulation is carried out. This research method has strong objectivity. And fully reflects the controllability of the building optimization design process. It is expected that the optimized design strategy of the low-energy village housing envelope structure can be used in the cold area of Northeast China. It even provides some reference value for the development of low-energy buildings in all areas with similar climate.
