【摘要】：青年旅舍是为自助旅游者提供住宿休憩、交流沟通和分享学习场所的一类新型旅馆建筑。现如今旅游形式正趋于多元化发展,传统的景点式游览正逐步向放松身心、亲近自然和体验人文的自助旅游方式转变,青年旅舍正是在这样的形势下在我国逐步发展壮大。青年旅舍通过“寓教于乐”的方式鼓励青年人通过旅行热爱自然,互相交流,倡导人们追求简朴的生活方式。在我国,青年旅舍属于新兴的旅馆建筑类型,由于受到经济与技术条件的制约,我国的青年旅舍多为利用现有的各类旧建筑进行改建设计。同时由于缺少相应的理论支持,在利用旧建筑改造青年旅舍的过程中缺乏科学的指导方法,因此对基于旧建筑改造的青年旅舍从功能设计到形式设计开展系统性研究具有十分重要的现实意义。本文以基于旧建筑改造的青年旅舍为研究对象,从青年旅舍和旧建筑改造的基本概念入手,明确研究对象的本质特征,深层挖掘二者的关联性,探讨基于旧建筑改造的青年旅舍设计可行性。以深入研究论述为基础,提出由旧建筑改造的青年旅舍的设计基本原则,进而从功能设计和形式设计的角度进行分析与探讨。首先从功能设计的角度出发,对青年旅舍的功能组成作简要概括。通过对旧建筑进行布局的重建、功能的置换和流线的重组等改造方式,实现旧建筑的自我更新,充分尊重原建筑的既有特征,“对号入座”对建筑进行适度、适体的转换,以契合青年旅舍的功能需求;然后从形式设计的角度出发,对基于旧建筑改造的青年旅舍进行研究,从建筑体量的优化、界面表情的再现和结构技术的更新三个方面入手,对具体的改造手法进行分析,以青年旅舍特色经营理念为依托,从体量调整到色彩肌理再到节能手段,全面论述多层次的改造体系。同时本文通过文献查找、实地调研和归纳总结等研究方法,从建筑学的角度阐述与研究基于旧建筑改造的青年旅舍的设计原则,进而通过大量的实例分析得出设计策略和手法。同时探求旧建筑更新改造的方法和措施,以期对改造实践提供新思路。
[Abstract]:Youth hostel is a new type of hotel building which provides self-help tourists with accommodation, communication and learning places. Nowadays, tourism forms are becoming more and more diversified. The traditional scenic spot type tour is gradually to relax the body and mind, close to nature and experience the humanities of self-help tourism mode change. It is in this situation that youth hostels are gradually developing and growing in our country. Youth hostels encourage young people to love nature and communicate with each other through travel through "education and fun". In our country, youth hostel is a new type of hotel architecture, which is restricted by economic and technological conditions. Most of the youth hostels in our country are designed to make use of all kinds of old buildings. At the same time, due to the lack of corresponding theoretical support, there is a lack of scientific guidance in the process of using the old buildings to transform youth hostels. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to carry out systematic research on the youth hostel based on the old building transformation from function design to formal design. This paper takes the youth hostel based on the old building transformation as the research object. Starting with the basic concepts of youth hostel and old building reconstruction, this paper clarifies the essential characteristics of the research object and deeply excavates the relationship between the two. This paper discusses the feasibility of the design of youth hostel based on the old building transformation. Based on the in-depth study and discussion, the basic principles of the design of the youth hostel reconstructed by the old building are put forward. From the angle of functional design and formal design, this paper analyzes and discusses the function composition of the youth hostel from the perspective of functional design, and reconstructs the layout of the old building. The replacement of function and the recombination of streamline can realize the self-renewal of the old building, fully respect the existing features of the original building, and carry on the moderate and suitable transformation to the building. In order to meet the functional needs of youth hostel; Then from the angle of formal design, this paper studies the youth hostel based on the old building transformation, starting from three aspects: the optimization of the building volume, the reproduction of the interface expression and the renewal of the structure technology. On the basis of the characteristic management idea of youth hostel, this paper analyzes the specific transformation methods, from body weight adjustment to color texture to energy saving means, and comprehensively discusses the multi-level reconstruction system. At the same time, this paper looks up the literature. Field investigation and summary of research methods, from the architectural point of view to elaborate and study the design principles of the youth hostel based on the old building transformation. Furthermore, through the analysis of a large number of examples, the design strategies and techniques are obtained. At the same time, the methods and measures for the renewal and transformation of old buildings are explored in order to provide a new way of thinking for the renovation practice.
