【摘要】：本研究对哈尔滨市盛世江南小区园林景观进行评价,以植物景观评价为核心,并以具代表性的润园小区和溪树庭院小区作为对比,以期总结寒区哈尔滨市居住区景观的特点及建设中常见的问题,并提出有效的解决建议。本文首先对盛世江南小区园林景观进行定性分析,再运用定量的方法对盛世江南小区和两对比小区进行美学评价、特征评价、功能评价和生态评价；并应用层次模糊分析模型对三个小区的园林景观进行了综合评价,并对评价结果进行了对比分析,提出了合理化建议。结果如下：1.盛世江南小区的园林景观美学评价指标包括形式美、意境美。评价结果为：形式美6.54、意境美4.24,综合评价得分为56.84分。两对比小区(依次为润园小区和溪树庭院小区)评价结果分别为：6.57、3.42,7.19、4.73；综合评价得分分别为55.63分、64.23分。三个小区的评价结果普遍显示形式美要优于意境美,说明哈尔滨市居住区景观建设由于经济原因和缺乏先进理念对于深层次景观美的重视不足。2.盛世江南小区的园林景观特征评价指标包括时代特征、地域自然特征、地域历史文化特征指标评价,评价结果为时代特征5.48、地域自然特征3.74、地域文化历史特征3.24,综合评价得分为51.88分；两对比小区(依次为润园小区和溪树庭院小区)评价结果分别为：6.31、3.04、3.20,7.03、4.50、4.42；综合评价得分分别为53.71分、61.95分。三个小区的时代特征均优于其他两指标,说明哈尔滨市居住区景观对于地域自然特征的注重和对于历史文化的尊重和传承不够。3.盛世江南小区的园林景观功能评价指标包括绿地交通通畅性、活动场所丰富性、空间场所舒适性、设施丰富适用性、景观照明合理性、空间可识别性,综合评分为65.65分,对比小区的综合评分分别为66.52分、76.65分。说明哈尔滨市居住区园林景观功能合理性处于中上水平,在初步满足居民使用的基础上还应从活动场所的丰富性和舒适性、设施丰富度等方面加以提高。4.盛世江南小区的园林景观生态评价指标包括绿化覆盖率、单位面积乔木占有量、苗木规格、生长状况、物种多样性和生活型多样性,综合评分为61.75,对比小区的综合评分分别为76.47分、85.47分。说明哈尔滨市居住区园林景观生态效益处于中上水平,但尚需要对绿化覆盖率、物种丰富度和苗木质量等方面进行优化。5.盛世江南小区和两对比小区的综合评价得分分别为60.88分、64.57分、73.83分。说明哈尔滨市居住区园林景观质量基本处于中上水平,还有很大的提高空间,随着经济的发展、理念的更新和施工过程更加严格和规范,哈尔滨市居住区园林景观在以上方面会有较大提升。
[Abstract]:This study evaluates the Harbin Shengshi Jiangnan residential landscape, the evaluation of plant landscape as the core, and the representative of the district and run park Creek tree garden district as a comparison, in order to summarize the common problems and construction of residential landscape in Harbin City, and puts forward some effective suggestions. Firstly, the qualitative analysis of the golden age of Jiangnan landscape area, and then use the quantitative method for evaluation of aesthetics, the golden age of Jiangnan District and two plot comparative characterization evaluation, function evaluation and ecological evaluation; and the application of fuzzy analysis on three residential landscape evaluation, and the evaluation results were compared and analyzed, put forward reasonable suggestions.
