【摘要】:在钢筋混凝土结构施工中,为降低工程施工成本,节约资源、能源,提高经济效益和社会效益,本研究提出用高韧性带肋混凝土永久模板代替传统混凝土施工模板。该种模板既可作为混凝土成型的模型板,又是混凝土结构的组成部分,即起钢筋保护层作用。根据该种模板实际使用需要,本论文进行了以下四方面探讨。(1)新老混凝土结合面受力性能试验研究。设计制作了符合研究永久性模板新老混凝土结合面形式的试件,进行新老混凝土结合面抗拉和抗剪试验研究,以检验带肋混凝土模板与新浇混凝土结合面的抗拉、抗剪能力。结果表明:掺加纤维的一期混凝土带肋的新老结合面抗拉和抗剪强度较高,能够满足带肋模板使用要求。(2)混凝土模板韧性系列试验研究。针对带肋混凝土模板在运输、使用过程中要承受各种冲击作用的现实,进行了纤维混凝土弯曲韧性、薄板(平板)抗冲击及带肋混凝土模板抗冲击试验,结果表明:在混凝土中掺适量纤维,可起到“类钢筋”的作用,使其的韧性得到明显改善。(3)高韧性带肋永久性模板叠合构件试验研究。使用本研究的高韧性带肋混凝土模板制作钢筋混凝土叠合板试件,并同时按常规方法制作了整浇板试件,同时进行两种板荷载试验。结果表明:整浇板和叠合板的承载力和变形能力基本相同。(4)有限元模拟。利用有限元软件ABAQUS对叠合板进行抗弯模拟分析,模拟结果和试验结果较为接近,说明高韧性带肋混凝土永久模板的技术是可行的。本研究成果为高韧性带肋混凝土永久模板的使用提供了依据,同时部分成果也可应用于混凝土结构加固。
[Abstract]:In the construction of reinforced concrete structure, in order to reduce the construction cost, save resources, energy, and improve economic and social benefits. In this study, a permanent formwork with high toughness ribbed concrete is proposed to replace the traditional concrete construction formwork, which can be used not only as a formwork of concrete, but also as a component of concrete structure. That is to say, it acts as a protective layer of steel bar. According to the actual use of this kind of formwork needs. In this paper, the following four aspects are discussed. 1) the mechanical behavior of the new and old concrete joint surface is studied. The test pieces which accord with the research form of permanent formwork new and old concrete joint surface are designed and manufactured. The tensile and shear tests of the new and old concrete joints are carried out to test the tensile resistance of the concrete formwork with ribs and the new cast-in-place concrete joints. The results show that the tensile strength and shear strength of the new and old joints with ribs are higher. It can meet the application requirements of ribbed formwork. (2) A series of tests and studies on toughness of concrete formwork. Aiming at the reality that ribbed concrete formwork has to withstand all kinds of impact in the process of transportation. The flexural toughness of fiber reinforced concrete, the impact resistance of thin plate and the impact resistance of ribbed concrete formwork are tested. The results show that adding appropriate amount of fiber in concrete can play the role of "like steel bar". Its toughness is improved obviously. 3) the experimental study of high toughness ribbed permanent formwork superimposed members is carried out. The high toughness ribbed concrete formwork is used to make reinforced concrete composite slabs. At the same time, the whole cast-in-place plate specimen was made according to the conventional method. The results show that the bearing capacity and deformation capacity of cast-in-place slab and composite slab are basically the same. Finite element simulation. The bending resistance of laminated plates was simulated by finite element software ABAQUS. The simulation results are close to the experimental results, which shows that the technology of high toughness ribbed concrete permanent formwork is feasible. The research results provide a basis for the use of high toughness ribbed concrete permanent formwork. At the same time, some of the achievements can also be applied to the reinforcement of concrete structures.
