【摘要】:高校校园中的公共建筑是我国公共建筑的重要组成部分,同时也是学校各类能源的消耗大户,降低校园中公共建筑的能源消耗是高校节能的最有效的途径之一。近几年来,随着国家公共建筑节能工作的展开,越来越多的高校开始响应国家“节能减排”和建设“美丽中国”的环保政策,许多高校为国家的建筑节能工作作出了突出贡献。目前,国内已有30多所高校建立了校园能耗监管平台,但由于每个学校对监管平台目的理解不同,某些高校只是按照国家出台的导则、标准生搬硬套到能耗监测平台的建筑之中,建成平台后也没有将平台所产生的数据结合自身学校的能耗特点应用到校园日常的节能工作中。因此,如何利用平台统计的数据,研究校园及其公共建筑能耗特性,挖掘出每类公共建筑能耗的影响因素进而针对每一类高校公共建筑提出适宜的能耗节能策略,将是已建成了高校监管平台的高校需要重点思考和研究的问题。本文立足于山东建筑大学校及其公共建筑的现状,基于学校节能监管平台的各项能耗数据,对近些年来山东建筑大学公共建筑能耗尤其是用电能耗做了详细的分析和研究,并提出了山东建筑大学公共建筑的节能策略。文章共分为五个部分:第一章为绪论,首先了解了目前国内公共建筑和高校公共建筑的能耗状况,然后介绍了国内一些高校节能平台的建设情况及其国外在高校建筑节能方面的研究成果,最后引出了论文的研究对象和研究的意义;第二章介绍了山东建筑大学节能监管平台的主要功能及其技术特点,分析了近几年节能平台所取得的综合效益;第三章借助山东建筑大学节能平台优势,介绍了山建筑大学近三年的能耗状况并分析了影响建筑大学公共建筑能耗的主要影响因素;第四章针对山东建筑大学教学楼、宿舍楼、图书馆等典型公共建筑能耗状况进行了分析,总结了每种公共建筑的用能特点;第五章结合建筑大学现有的节能政策和节能技术,针对每种公共建筑的能耗特点,提出了适应该建筑类型的节能策略,并为今后的高校公共建筑节能提供有益参考。
[Abstract]:The public building in the university campus is an important part of the public building in our country, and it is also a big consumer of all kinds of energy consumption in the school. Reducing the energy consumption of public buildings on campus is one of the most effective ways to save energy in colleges and universities. In recent years, with the development of energy-saving work of national public buildings. More and more colleges and universities have begun to respond to the national "energy conservation and emission reduction" and "beautiful China" environmental protection policies, many colleges and universities for the national building energy conservation work has made outstanding contributions. There are more than 30 colleges and universities in China have established the campus energy consumption regulatory platform, but because each school has different understanding of the purpose of the regulatory platform, some colleges and universities are only in accordance with the guidelines issued by the state. The standard is mechanically applied to the building of the energy consumption monitoring platform, and the data generated by the platform has not been applied to the daily energy saving work of the campus with the energy consumption characteristics of its own school. How to use the statistical data of the platform to study the energy consumption characteristics of the campus and its public buildings, dig out the factors that affect the energy consumption of each kind of public buildings and then put forward appropriate energy saving strategies for each kind of public buildings in colleges and universities. This paper is based on the current situation of Shandong architecture big school and its public buildings, based on the energy consumption data of the school energy conservation supervision platform. In recent years, the energy consumption of public buildings of Shandong Construction University, especially the energy consumption of electricity, has been analyzed and studied in detail. The article is divided into five parts: the first chapter is the introduction, first of all, we understand the current energy consumption of public buildings in China and colleges and universities. Then it introduces the construction of energy-saving platform in some colleges and universities at home and abroad and the research results in the field of building energy conservation in colleges and universities, and finally leads to the research object and significance of the paper. The second chapter introduces the main functions and technical characteristics of the energy conservation supervision platform of Shandong Construction University, and analyzes the comprehensive benefits of the energy saving platform in recent years. The third chapter introduces the energy consumption of Shanshan Architectural University in the past three years and analyzes the main factors that affect the energy consumption of public buildings in Shandong Construction University by virtue of the advantages of energy conservation platform of Shandong Construction University. Chapter 4th analyzes the energy consumption of typical public buildings, such as teaching building, dormitory building and library of Shandong Construction University, and summarizes the characteristics of energy use of each kind of public building. According to the energy consumption characteristics of each kind of public buildings, the 5th chapter puts forward the energy saving strategies adapted to this type of building, combined with the existing energy saving policies and technologies of the Building University, according to the characteristics of energy consumption of each kind of public buildings. And provides the beneficial reference for the university public building energy conservation in the future.
