索结构冷却塔研究

【摘要】:索结构冷却塔是一种非常规的冷却塔结构形式,该类结构由塔身索网、加劲钢环梁及塔内的钢桅杆组成,冷却塔围护可采用膜材或其他覆盖材料。根据塔身索网的不同布置方式,提出了4种不同形式的索结构冷却塔,并对一个算例进行了分析以得到索结构冷却塔的静力性能。在此基础上与同几何尺寸的钢结构冷却塔进行了经济性对比。分析结果表明,索结构冷却塔受力明确合理,具有一定的经济可行性和环保高效的施工过程,极具研究价值和应用前景。
[Abstract]:The cable structure cooling tower is a kind of unconventional cooling tower structure, which consists of cable net, stiffened steel ring beam and steel mast inside the tower. The cooling tower can be surrounded by membrane or other covering materials. According to the different arrangement of cable net of tower, four different types of cable structure cooling tower are put forward. An example is given to get the static performance of the cable cooling tower. On this basis, the economic comparison between the steel cooling tower of the same geometry and that of the cable structure cooling tower is carried out. The analysis results show that the static performance of the cable structure cooling tower can be obtained. The stress of cable cooling tower is clear and reasonable, which has certain economic feasibility and environmental protection and high efficiency construction process, and has great research value and application prospect.
