【摘要】：文章从人口老龄化大背景、社会化程度提升以及社会服务体系保障入手,梳理了中国初期养老社区从福利院、敬老院,养老院,老年公寓,独立型养老社区到复合型养老社区的逐渐发展演变过程。在此基础上,结合宜兴某养老示范基地的项目实践,展望新时期养老社区的发展方向及创新策略,以助于提升未来养老整体水平,促进老年友好城市的逐步形成。
[Abstract]:Starting with the background of aging population, the promotion of socialization and the guarantee of social service system, the article combs the early retirement community in China from welfare homes, homes for the aged, nursing homes, apartments for the elderly. On this basis, combined with the project practice of a demonstration base for the aged in Yixing, the paper looks forward to the development direction and innovative strategy of the old-age community in the new period. In order to help improve the overall level of the future pension, to promote the formation of a friendly city for the elderly.
