基于BIM的工程项目进度预警研究

【摘要】:随着工程项目管理的不断发展,BIM技术被引入了项目管理。本文是基于BIM技术完成对施工进度的预警。通过对传统进度预警方法的对比分析,提出了BIM技术在进度预警中的优势,可以保证信息的准确性,进度风险信息更新的时效性。依靠BIM的可视化特点,将进度预警结果通过BIM模型展示出来,BIM技术可以帮助项目管理各方实现信息共享,打破信息“断层”。本论文采用了张云波的进度预警算法,结合MS Project以及BIM软件中的核心建模软件和模型应用软件,完成了基于BIM的进度预警系统架构的研究。将传统预警结果,通过可视化的模拟方式呈现给项目管理者,帮助管理者完成辅助决策。通过案例验证该系统完成进度预警的可能性,案例的结果借以Navisworks的显示方式展示预警的结果。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of project management, BIM technology has been introduced into project management. This paper is based on BIM technology to complete the early warning of construction progress. This paper puts forward the advantage of BIM technology in schedule early warning, which can ensure the accuracy of information and the timeliness of updating progress risk information. It relies on the visualization characteristics of BIM. The progress warning results can be displayed by BIM model to help all parties to share information and break the information "fault". In this paper, Zhang Yunbo's progress early warning algorithm is adopted in this paper. Combining with the core modeling software and model application software of MS Project and BIM software, the architecture of progress warning system based on BIM is studied. It is presented to the project manager through visual simulation to help the manager complete the auxiliary decision. The possibility of the system completing the progress warning is verified by the case. The results of the case show the results of the warning by the display of the Navisworks.
