大型体育场馆济南奥体中心建筑工程设计项目管理探究

【摘要】:北京成功举办奥运会后,我国竞技体育比赛取得了举世瞩目的成绩,全国掀起了体育运动热潮。各省市为争办全国性的各类运动会甚至亚运会,也掀起了建设大型体育场馆的热潮,各城市的奥林匹克体育中心如“雨后春笋”般到处呈现。与普通体育场馆相比,大型体育场馆建设投资高、占地面积大、建设周期长、社会影响广。特别是,大型体育场馆的建筑工程设计,功能比较复杂而且技术难度大,因此,把控好设计过程环节,提高设计项目管理水平成为影响大型体育建设的重要环节。设计企业是建筑工程设计的主体,论文从设计企业角度,分析了设计方针对大型体育场馆建筑工程设计的项目管理,重点探讨了主要的核心要素管理:设计项目团队管理、设计质量控制管理、设计进度控制管理与设计成本控制管理。论文通过查阅大量文献资料,归纳分析,走访部分设计专家,与案例项目相关负责人咨询了解等方法,结合自己亲身经历与实践经验,在管理相关理论知识基础上,分析了具体案例项目管理过程中存在的一些问题,提出对大型体育场馆建筑工程设计项目管理的改进措施与优化对策。首先,论文对大型体育场馆建筑工程设计项目管理的基本理论进行了简述。阐述了大型体育场馆建筑工程设计理念与特点;说明了设计前期阶段、方案设计阶段、初步设计阶段、施工图设计阶段、后期服务阶段等各不同设计阶段的管理流程图;阐述了设计项目管理过程中涉及的多个管理要素;基于设计企业角度,明确了建筑工程设计项目管理中的三大目标控制管理。其次,通过济南奥体中心设计项目管理的具体案例分析,论文阐述了设计项目团队管理、设计质量控制管理、设计进度控制管理与设计成本控制管理等主要核心要素管理现状及存在问题。最后,对济南奥体中心建筑工程设计项目管理提出改进措施与优化对策,并阐述了设计质量控制管理、设计进度控制管理、设计成本控制管理三者之间的辩证关系。本文通过大型体育场馆具体设计项目管理案例分析,以及对几个主要核心管理要素的探究,期望对我国设计公司或设计项目组在同类建筑工程设计项目管理过程中提供理论基础和实践的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:After the successful hosting of the Olympic Games in Beijing, China's competitive sports competition has made remarkable achievements, and a nationwide sports boom has been set off. Various provinces and cities compete for the national games and even the Asian Games. Also set off the construction of large-scale sports venues upsurge, the Olympic sports centers in various cities like "springing up" everywhere. Compared with ordinary sports venues, large sports venues construction investment, large area. The construction period is long, the social influence is wide, especially, the construction engineering design of the large sports stadiums and gymnasiums, the function is quite complex and the technical difficulty is great, therefore, controls the design process link. Improving the level of design project management has become an important part of large-scale sports construction. Design enterprise is the main body of architectural engineering design. This paper analyzes the project management of the design of large-scale stadiums and gymnasiums, and focuses on the management of the main key elements: design project team management, design quality control management. Design schedule control management and design cost control management. The paper through consulting a large number of literature, analysis, visit some design experts, and case related project responsible for consultation and understanding methods. Combined with their own personal experience and practical experience, on the basis of theoretical knowledge of management, this paper analyzes some problems existing in the process of project management in specific cases. This paper puts forward the improvement measures and optimization countermeasures for the project management of large-scale stadiums and gymnasiums. In this paper, the basic theory of project management of large-scale stadiums and gymnasiums is briefly described, and the concept and characteristics of architectural engineering design of large-scale stadiums and gymnasiums are expounded. The management flow charts of different design stages, such as the early stage of design, the stage of scheme design, the stage of preliminary design, the stage of construction drawing design, the stage of late service, etc. Several management elements involved in the process of design project management are expounded. Based on the design enterprise point of view, this paper clarifies the three objectives control management in the construction engineering design project management. Secondly, through the Jinan Olympic Sports Center design project management of the specific case analysis. The paper describes the design project team management, design quality control management, design schedule control management and design cost control management and other core elements management status and existing problems. This paper puts forward the improvement measures and optimization countermeasures for the management of the design project of Jinan Olympic Sports Center, and expounds the management of design quality control and design schedule control. The dialectical relationship among the three design cost control management. This article through the large-scale sports stadium specific design project management case analysis, as well as to the several main core management elements exploration. It is expected to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for our country's design company or design project team in the management process of similar architectural engineering design projects.
