江南水乡传统民居中缓冲空间的低能耗设计研究

【摘要】:由于受气候环境、地方文化、技术经济等各种因素的限制,传统民居在建造时充分利用被动式技术获取自然采暖、通风、遮阳、降温来改善室内舒适度,具有低能耗的潜力。作为传统民居的重要组成部分,缓冲空间的设计与利用也具有独特的气候适应性。本论文主要通过实地调研、资料收集、软件模拟的手段来综合研究江南水乡传统民居中缓冲空间的低能耗效果。文章首先论述了论文研究的背景、原因、目的和意义,以及国内外有关传统民居和缓冲空间的研究现状,通过总结现有研究的分析手法与欠缺来确定本文的研究方向。第二章确定了缓冲空问的概念与研究范围,根据定义发现江南水乡的传统民居有类型丰富的缓冲空间,将研究范围限定为单体层面的缓冲空间。由理论分析得知,缓冲空间具有一定的气候调节效果,现存有关传统民居中缓冲空间的相关研究有很多,但缺乏能够指导设计的、直观的研究成果,本文期望通过研究来填补这一缺失。第三章通过实地调研和问卷调查发现现存民居中的问题,总结居民对于居住环境的满意度,发现需要从太阳辐射得热、自然通风的角度出发,来明确天井、檐下空间这类单体内缓冲空间的气候调节效果。第四章以江南水乡中最常出现的缓冲空间——天井为研究对象,通过实地考察、资料收集总结天井形态,确定了本章的研究对象,利用软件模拟来确定不同长宽比的天井对于民居立面太阳辐射得热、自然通风的影响,明确不同长宽比的天井在通风得热方面有怎样的优势、劣势。第五章以檐下空间这一缓冲空间为研究对象,通过实地考察、资料收集总结出檐下空间的范围,利用软件模拟的手段来确定不同进深的挑檐、檐廊与廊棚对于民居立面太阳辐射得热、自然通风和能耗的影响,并得出适宜江南水乡气候条件的进深。最后全面概括本论文的研究内容以及研究成果,同时将研究中存在的问题以及今后深化的方向做简要论述。
[Abstract]:Due to the restriction of climate environment, local culture, technology and economy, traditional residential buildings make full use of passive technology to obtain natural heating, ventilation, sunshade and cooling to improve indoor comfort. As an important part of traditional residential buildings, the design and use of buffer space also has a unique climate adaptability. This paper mainly through field research, data collection. The method of software simulation is used to study the low energy consumption effect of buffer space in the traditional residential buildings in Jiangnan waterway. Firstly, the paper discusses the background, reason, purpose and significance of the research. And at home and abroad about the traditional residential and buffer space research status, through summarizing the existing research methods and deficiencies to determine the research direction of this paper. Chapter two determines the concept and research scope of buffer space. According to the definition, we find that there are abundant buffer space in the traditional residential buildings in the south of the Yangtze River, and limit the research scope to the buffer space at the single level. From the theoretical analysis, we know that the buffer space has a certain climate adjustment effect. There are a lot of existing researches on buffer space in traditional residential buildings, but there is a lack of intuitive research results that can guide the design. The third chapter through field research and questionnaire survey found the existing residential problems, summed up the residents' satisfaction with the living environment, found that the need to heat from the sun. From the point of view of natural ventilation, to determine the effect of climate adjustment of the buffer space in the courtyard and under the eaves. Chapter 4th focuses on the most common buffer space in Jiangnan Water Township-patio. Through field investigation, data collection and summary of the shape of the patio, determine the research object of this chapter, using software simulation to determine the different aspect ratio of the impact of solar radiation heating, natural ventilation of residential facade. In chapter 5th, the buffer space under the eaves is taken as the research object. Through field investigation, the scope of the space under the eaves is collected and summarized. Software simulation is used to determine the influence of different depth eaves, canopies and sheds on solar radiation, natural ventilation and energy consumption of residential facades. Finally, the research contents and results of this paper are summarized, and the problems existing in the research and the direction of deepening in the future are briefly discussed.
