城市街道边缘空间设计对于街道活力的影响研究

【摘要】：城市化急速发展的今天,城市为了满足机动车对道路的需求不断扩充街道车行道的宽度,侵占有限的人行空间。而这些有限的人行空间作为街道的边缘空间恰恰就是城市公共生活主要的发展空间,也正是这些空间展现和演绎着城市的魅力与活力。城市街道是城市公共空间的重要组成部分,它不仅仅作为城市中的交通体,更是城市活动的主要发生地。人们在这里购物、交往娱乐,这里是城市居民最主要的室外活动场所,包含着人们绝大部分的日常活动,这些活动有必要的与休闲的、个体活动与群体活动、有规律的和偶然性活动,这些都体现着一个城市独特的地域文化和风土人情,反映着城市的特征与面貌。简.雅各布斯曾在《美国大城市的死与生》中描述:“当我们想到一个城市时,首先出现在脑海里的就是街道,街道有生气,城市也就有生气,街道沉闷,城市也就显得沉闷”[1],街道就像是一个城市的名片,将城市最有特色的一面展示给人们,而同时街道也是最吸引人的环境,是城市居民生活的一个环境,更是城市生活中不可缺少的组成部分。论文对西安的主要城市区域街道边缘空间进行了实地调研考察,详细地比较研究了几条有代表性的街道边缘空间案例,参考了一些国外优秀案例以及研究成果,对街道边缘空间的构成元素进行了分析,尝试归纳总结出营造富有生机的街道边缘空间的良好模式和方法,同时也对扼杀城市生活与街道活力的负面设计因素进行分析。论文所研究的街道边缘空间构成要素主要包括建筑控制线对于街道边缘空间区域分配的影响、适宜的人行道宽度、如何协调像停车场入口这种无法避免的人行与车行的交通冲突、以及人行道上的绿化、围墙、街具设施、商业设施、铺装等等。论文通过对这些构成模式及元素分析的同时,也研究了这些因素如何综合的影响着城市街道边缘空间的活力性,将这些影响因素综合起来思考以探究最终理想的解决方案。文章最终希望通过研究,能给未来新城市区域建设以及旧城区改造的建设中带去良好的街道边缘空间营造模式,让街道充满活力与生机,同时也尽量能避免一些会对街道活力造成负面影响的问题。最终通过对街道模式的调整以及街道边缘空间构成元素的合理设计来营造富有魅力生机的街道,真正提升城市的活力与生活品质。
