楼宇智能建筑安防的对讲系统设计与实现

【摘要】:伴随中国在电子信息、多媒体技术以及计算机通信领域的发展,目前中国的住宅小区项目和管理的楼宇对讲技术系统已经在可视对讲基础上,融合家电控制、智能家居远程控制、计算机网络等技术走出了一条中国特色的产业之路,相对于国外尤其是欧美国家的楼宇对讲技术已经趋于成熟完善。现阶段的中国楼宇对讲系统应用大概分为:独立型模拟或数字对讲系统、别墅型模拟或数字对讲系、独栋独户楼宇对讲系统、独栋多户楼宇对讲系统、多小区智能联网系统、纯网络TCP/IP对讲系统等,根据小区业主及开发商对住宅小区定位的不同,系统的解决方案也不尽相同。本文是以某小区住宅项目为基础,以楼宇对讲为基础,在对讲系统的基础上实现小区内基础住户的智能家居系统设计,实现住户远程控制家庭空调,电视等家用电器的功能。首先对整个楼宇对讲系统做简明的阐述,对住宅小区内部的单元楼与单元的住宅用户进行点位布控。然后依照工程的项目需求设计所需要使用的楼宇对讲系统,对系统使用的点位、传输、图像处理、监控控制。最后通过以对讲系统为基础,增加智能家居控制模块,远程控制智能家居方面做了系统的阐述,并对该项目设备产品的选型与布线接线安装进行了具体的讲解,满足了项目需求。具体实施设计的流程参照一下步骤:首先对目前主流的楼宇对讲技术进行系统性的介绍。然后对该小区项目的要求进行分析,使用楼宇对讲系统中的数字传输系统。在确定点位后对整个小区的单元楼与单元住户进行统计和分析,确定单元门口机与入户终端机的选型并根据具体选型确定管理中心机的类型。在本论文中,自己完成设计并编程使用的是远程智能家居控制系统,最后阐述确定布控点以及所使用产品的接线与连接方式进行施工安装,完成后对整个系统进行全面测试直至对讲实现户户通,并调试实现远程控制系统自由开关家用电器。

This paper is based on a residential project As a foundation, to building intercom based design and Realization of intelligent system based Home Furnishing district residents based on intercom system, realize remote control of home household air conditioning, TV and other household appliances function. Firstly, brief on the building intercom system is elaborated, and the unit of unit building residential areas within the residential users point surveillance. Then according to the project requirement design project to use the building intercom system, the system uses the point, transmission, image processing, monitoring and control. Finally through the intercom system based on Intelligent Home Furnishing control module, elaborates the intelligent remote control Home Furnishing, and on the project equipment selection and installation of wiring connection detail explanation, satisfy the needs of the project. The specific implementation process of design steps: first to refer to the main building The building intercom technology are systematically introduced. Then the residential project requirements analysis, digital transmission system used in building intercom system. In determining the statistics and analysis of unit building and unit households for the entire area of the point, determined the selection unit door unit and home terminal machine according to the specific selection the type of Management Center machine. In this paper, he designed and programmed using a remote intelligent control system Home Furnishing, finally determine the monitoring points and wiring products used in connection with the way of construction and installation, after the completion of the entire system to conduct a comprehensive test to achieve household intercom, and debugging remote control system free switch appliances.
