居住区景观发展历程及趋势研究

【摘要】：景观在居住区中发挥着重要作用,不仅影响着居民的心理、生理健康以及精神生活,成为评判居住区发展整体水平的一个重要标准,甚至成为影响人们能否“诗意的安居”的重要因素。我国居住区景观的发展,从简单的绿化设计到满足基本生活需求,再到精神上的情境合一,经历其开端、发展并且日益成熟,期间各种风格层出不穷。因此,有必要对我国居住区景观的发展及风格演变进行梳理,找出其影响因素,并为今后居住区景观的发展理清方向。本文对我国居住区景观的发展演变进行了梳理并将其分为起步、发展、多元化发展三个阶段。着重总结了居住区景观风格多元化发展阶段时期几种主要居住区景观的特征,即上一世纪90年代以后的地中海风格、西班牙风格、法式风格、英式风格、现代风格、中式风格等;通过每种风格的典型案例,论述了这些特征的具体表现形式;并讨论了这些景观风格各具特色的表现形式与其存在着文化融合、注重生态、关注生活氛围的共性。文章最后对生活方式、居住模式、文化审美三个主要影响居住区景观风格发展演变的因素进行了论述,并总结出了居住区景观向传统文化回归、注重绿色生态、营造生活氛围的三个发展趋势。希望通过本文的研究能够真实记述我国居住区(尤其是90年代以后)景观风格发展演变的过程,并对当前的居住区景观设计起到抛砖引玉的作用。
[Abstract]:Landscape plays an important role in residential areas, not only affects the psychological, physical health and spiritual life of residents, but also becomes an important standard to judge the overall level of residential development. The development of residential landscape in our country, from simple greening design to meeting the basic needs of life, to the integration of spiritual situation, experienced its beginning. With the development and maturation, various styles emerge in endlessly. Therefore, it is necessary to sort out the development and style evolution of residential landscape in China, and find out its influencing factors. In this paper, the development and evolution of residential landscape in China are sorted out and divided into starting, development, and development of residential landscape in the future. Three stages of diversified development. This paper summarizes the characteristics of several main residential landscape in the period of diversified development of residential landscape style, that is, Mediterranean style, Spanish style, French style, British style after 90s, Modern style, Chinese style and so on; through the typical cases of each style, it discusses the concrete forms of expression of these characteristics; and discusses the cultural fusion of each of these landscape styles and their existence, pays attention to ecology, Finally, the article discusses three main factors that affect the development and evolution of residential landscape style, such as lifestyle, living mode and cultural aesthetics, and summarizes the return of residential landscape to traditional culture. It is hoped that through the study of this paper, the development and evolution of the landscape style of residential areas in China (especially after 90s) can be truly described. And the current residential landscape design plays a role.
