基于电渗析的空气直接除湿方法研究

【摘要】:针对现有除湿技术尚存在的缺陷,提出了一种基于电渗析的空气直接除湿方法。该方法利用高压静电电离空气,产生大量自由电子为水分子荷电,荷电水分子在静电场作用下定向移动,再利用高分子纤维膜对水分子的选择透过作用将水分子与其他易荷电的负电性分子分离,从而实现除湿的目的。根据该原理构建了验证性实验装置,对该方法进行了实验验证,结果表明,在电场作用下高分子纤维膜两侧含湿量产生变化,证明了水分子在电场力作用下从膜的一侧转移到了另一侧,实现了负电晕线侧的除湿。该方法有望发展成为一种无相变,无需再生的新型除湿技术。
[Abstract]:A direct air dehumidification method based on electrodialysis is proposed to overcome the shortcomings of the existing dehumidification technology. This method uses high voltage electrostatic ionization air to produce a large number of free electrons to be charged by water molecules. The charged water molecules move in the direction under the electrostatic field, and then separate the water molecules from other electrically charged negative molecules through the selection of water molecules by the polymer fiber membrane. According to the principle, a confirmatory experimental device was constructed, and the method was verified experimentally. The results show that the moisture content on both sides of the polymer fiber membrane changes under the electric field. It is proved that the water molecule is transferred from one side of the membrane to the other side under the action of electric field force, and the dehumidification of the negative corona line side is realized. This method is expected to develop into a new dehumidification technology without phase transition and no regeneration.
