利用固硫灰和高钛矿渣制备普通湿拌砂浆的研究

【摘要】:四川某地不仅面临着天然砂资源严重短缺的问题,同时也面临着以固硫灰和高钛矿渣为代表的工业废渣年排放量大、资源化难度高、利用率低等问题。本文提出利用该地区固硫灰和高钛矿渣为主要原料制备普通湿拌砂浆,有助于解决上述问题,其可行性主要基于以下三点。第一,固硫灰的火山灰活性较高且经碱激发后具有较强的胶凝性;高钛矿渣的化学稳定性良好,其颗粒级配类似天然砂;因此,固硫灰和高钛矿渣分别具备充当砂浆胶凝组分和集料的性能特征。第二,普通湿拌砂浆的应用十分广泛,同时其技术规范也更适合该砂浆体系。第三,四川该地同时排放固硫灰和高钛矿渣两种工业废渣,因此制备砂浆时具有资源上就地取材的优势。本文利用固硫灰和高钛矿渣为主要原料制备普通湿拌砂浆,包括普通湿拌抹面砂浆、普通湿拌砌筑砂浆和普通湿拌地坪砂浆,其中固硫灰经电石渣激发后作胶凝组分、高钛矿渣作砂。首先通过正交实验和单因素实验研究了固硫灰粉磨细度、电石渣掺量、胶砂比对普通湿拌砂浆性能的影响,确定了砂浆基础配合比。为优化和改善砂浆性能,进一步考察了水泥掺量、河砂替代高钛矿渣比例、减水剂种类及掺量、保水增稠剂种类及掺量、可再分散乳胶粉种类及掺量对砂浆性能的影响,最终确定了普通湿拌砂浆的配合比。同时,针对普通湿拌砂浆的部分耐久性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,固硫灰粉磨细度、电石渣掺量、胶砂比对普通湿拌砂浆性能影响程度的大小顺序是:胶砂比电石渣掺量固硫灰粉磨细度;胶砂比主要影响普通湿拌砂浆的保水率、湿容重和抗压强度,电石渣掺量主要影响普通湿拌砂浆的抗压强度,固硫灰粉磨细度主要影响普通湿拌砂浆的保水率和抗压强度。砂浆的基础配合比为:固硫灰(粉磨20min):电石渣:高钛矿渣=0.267:0.067:0.666。基础配合比下,该类砂浆存在强度发展缓慢和粘结强度严重不足等缺陷。水泥有利于提高砂浆早期强度;河砂替代部分高钛矿渣能够增加砂浆的湿容重和抗压强度,包括早期强度;减水剂对砂浆性能无明显影响;甲基纤维素醚和淀粉醚均能改善砂浆的保水性及和易性、降低砂浆湿容重,但对不同种砂浆的抗压强度影响规律存在差异;可再分散乳胶粉能够显著提高砂浆粘结强度,改善砂浆和易性,同时明显地降低砂浆湿容重和抗压强度。利用四川该地区的固硫灰和高钛矿渣为主要原料可制备出满足JG/T 25181-2010要求的普通湿拌抹面砂浆(M5)、普通湿拌砌筑砂浆(M15、M20、M25)和普通湿拌地坪砂浆(M15、M20、M25),砂浆耐久性能良好。
[Abstract]:A certain place in Sichuan is faced with not only the serious shortage of natural sand resources, but also the large annual discharge of industrial waste slag, which is represented by sulfur fixation ash and high titanium slag. In this paper, it is proposed that the common wet mix mortar can be prepared by using sulfur fixation ash and high titanium slag as the main raw materials, which is helpful to solve the above problems. The feasibility of this paper is mainly based on the following three points: first, The pozzolanic activity of sulfur-fixing ash is higher and it has strong cementitious property after alkali excitation. The chemical stability of high titanium slag is good and its particle gradation is similar to that of natural sand. Sulfur fixation ash and high titanium slag have the characteristics of acting as mortar gelling components and aggregates, respectively. Second, the common wet mix mortar is widely used, and its technical specifications are also more suitable for the mortar system. Two kinds of industrial waste slag, sulfur fixing ash and high titanium slag, are discharged simultaneously in Sichuan province. Therefore, the preparation of mortar has the advantage of taking local materials from resources. In this paper, the common wet mix mortar is prepared by using sulfur fixation ash and high titanium slag as main raw materials. Including ordinary wet paste mortar, ordinary wet mix masonry mortar and ordinary wet mix floor mortar, in which sulfur fixation ash is activated by calcium carbide slag as a gelling component, High titanium slag is used as sand. Firstly, through orthogonal test and single factor experiment, the effects of powder fineness, calcium carbide slag content and cement sand ratio on the properties of ordinary wet mix mortar are studied, and the basic mix ratio of mortar is determined to optimize and improve the properties of mortar. The effects of cement content, the proportion of fluvo-sand instead of high-titanium slag, the type and amount of water-reducing agent, the type and content of water-retaining thickener, the type and amount of dispersible latex powder on the properties of mortar were further investigated. Finally, the mixture ratio of common wet mix mortar is determined. At the same time, some durability properties of common wet mix mortar are studied. The results show that the fineness of sulfur fixing ash grinding, the amount of calcium carbide slag, The order of the influence of cement to sand ratio on the properties of ordinary wet mix mortar is as follows: cement sand specific calcium carbide slag content sulfur fixation cement grinding fineness, cement to sand ratio mainly affect the water retention rate, wet bulk density and compressive strength of common wet mix mortar, the ratio of cement to sand mainly affects the water retention rate, wet bulk density and compressive strength of common wet mix mortar. The content of calcium carbide slag mainly affects the compressive strength of common wet mix mortar. The grinding fineness of sulfur fixing ash mainly affects the water retention rate and compressive strength of ordinary wet mix mortar. The basic mix ratio of mortar is: sulfur fixing ash (grinding 20 mins: calcium carbide slag: high titanium slag 0.267: 0.067: 0.666. base mix ratio). This kind of mortar has some defects such as slow development of strength and serious shortage of bond strength. Cement can improve the early strength of mortar, river sand can increase the wet bulk density and compressive strength of mortar, including early strength. Both methyl cellulose ether and starch ether can improve the water retention and ease of mortar, reduce the wet bulk density of mortar, but have different influence on the compressive strength of different kinds of mortar, while the water reducing agent has no obvious effect on the properties of mortar, and both methyl cellulose ether and starch ether can improve the water retention and ease of mortar, and reduce the wet bulk density of mortar. Redispersible latex powder can significantly improve the bond strength of mortar, improve mortar and ease, At the same time, the wet bulk density and compressive strength of mortar can be obviously reduced. Ordinary wet mash (M15M20M25) and ordinary wet masonry mortar (M15M20M25) can be prepared by using sulfur fixing ash and high titanium slag in Sichuan Province as main raw materials, which meet the requirements of JG/T 25181-2010. Wet mixing floor mortar M15, M20, M25, and good durability.
