【摘要】:在墙板保温与结构一体化的大背景下,研发便于工业化生产的高性能墙板成为预制装配式建筑研究中的重要一环。在调研及搜集资料的基础上,提出了区别于现有现浇聚苯乙烯混凝土灌浆墙板的预制聚苯乙烯混凝土墙板的概念。介绍了试验墙板的设计制作、加载方案及有限元数值模拟,并对荷载-挠度曲线的试验值和模拟值进行对比分析并得到有益结论。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the integration of wall board insulation and structure, the research and development of high performance wall panel, which is convenient for industrial production, has become an important link in the research of prefabricated buildings. The concept of precast polystyrene concrete wall slab, which is different from the existing cast-in-place polystyrene concrete grouting wallboard, is put forward. The design and manufacture of the test wall board, the loading scheme and the finite element numerical simulation are introduced. The experimental and simulated values of the load-deflection curve are compared and the useful conclusions are obtained.
