高校校园户外开放空间社会共享化探究

【摘要】：随着社会需求的增加和全社会资源共享的热切需求,校园已经不仅仅局限于只为校内人员提供学习生活的平台,校园众多的优良资源更多的被要求为全社会所共享。本文以校园户外空间愈加开放并为社会所共享利用这一现象为研究目标,首先整理了国内外高校户外开放空间的发展历程以及相关研究现状和理论总结。同时,本文通过问卷调查,行为观察等手段对南京市老城区内十所高校进行走访调查,了解外来活动人群的活动规律、行为特征以及现阶段各校园空间的开放现状等。利用SWOT分析方法,对其进行总体分析,归纳总结校园基于开放性的优势、劣势、机遇以及挑战。总体而言,优势必定大于劣势,机遇多于挑战。开放化共享是社会需求的必然趋势。并且基于SWOT分析方法对于外来人员的行为活动以及开放现状提出合理化的对策和建议。同时,本章对十所高校中选取的外来人员活动最为集中的30处样地进行分析和讨论,从规划设计的角度总结校园整体空间与城市空间的呼应关系、校园内部功能分区的合理安排与调整。从校园管理的角度提出一系列的强化校园管理的手段和策略。最后对于校园的进一步开放以及校园空间与城市空间的进一步融合做出总结,强调校园环境的开放以及场地设施的共享化利用是社会需求的必然趋势,校园需创造多层次空间促进校园与社会的交流,同时,更多的公众参与到校园规划中来也将加强校园与社会的物质及能量交换。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand of the society and the eager demand of sharing the resources of the whole society, the campus has not only limited itself to providing a platform for the students to study and live. Many excellent resources on campus are required to be shared by the whole society. This paper aims at the phenomenon that the outdoor space of campus is more open and shared by the society. First of all, the development of outdoor open space in colleges and universities at home and abroad, the current research situation and theoretical summary are summarized. At the same time, through questionnaire survey, behavior observation and other means, this paper makes a visit investigation to ten universities in the old urban area of Nanjing. To understand the activity law, behavior characteristics and the current situation of the opening of campus space, etc. By using SWOT analysis method, the author makes a general analysis of the activity, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of campus based on openness, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the campus based on openness. From the angle of campus management, this paper puts forward a series of measures and strategies to strengthen campus management. Finally, the further opening of campus and the advance of campus space and urban space are put forward. Step fusion to make a summary, It is emphasized that the opening of the campus environment and the sharing and utilization of the site facilities are the inevitable trend of the social demand. The campus needs to create multi-level space to promote the communication between the campus and the society, at the same time, More public participation in campus planning will also enhance material and energy exchange between campus and society.
