烧结复合保温砌块热工性能数值模拟研究

【摘要】：使用ABAQUS有限元软件对烧结复合保温砌块的热工性能进行数值模拟,通过分析模拟结果设计出合理的砌块孔型,并进行实验测试验证。结果表明:制备的烧结复合保温砌块具有良好保温性能,实测热阻值达0.920(m2·K)/W;数值模拟结果具有较高准确性,与实测值相差小于4%。
[Abstract]:The thermal performance of sintered composite insulating block was simulated by using ABAQUS finite element software, and the reasonable pore shape of the block was designed by analyzing the simulation results. The experimental results show that the sintered composite insulating block has good thermal insulation performance, the measured heat resistance is 0.920 m ~ 2 路K ~ (-1) W, and the numerical simulation results have a high accuracy, and the difference from the measured value is less than 4.
