东北商业建筑综合体室内公共空间设计研究

【摘要】:随着社会多元化及消费升级趋势不断演变,以及商业综合体模式日趋加剧的同质化竞争,愈来愈多的商业综合体纷纷寻求升级转型。东北地区的商业建筑综合体亦到了发展的瓶颈期,陷入到了规划、设计模式化的误区之中,出现了地域文化特征的丧失,公共空间设计缺乏特色,空间利用率低,功能定位不准,功能结构单一且复合度较低,其空间体验、人性化、一体化设计不足等问题。本文对东北地区商业建筑综合体的研究,旨在分析解决其发展中存在的问题。本文首先对消费趋势及商业建筑综合体的演化进程和发展方向进行归纳阐述,并以其公共空间的体验性为切入点,分别从空间构成和功能体验两个方向对实际案例走访调查与分析,结合东北地区自然、人文环境等因素分析并提出当今东北商业综合体室内公共空间中存在的问题。根据现状问题,有针对性的提出了设计原则及方法,具体从主题策划、空间的复合化转变、生态景观、消费者自身体验及细节要素进行深入研究,尝试提出具体详实的、有应用价值的、符合东北地域特色的商业综合体室内公共空间营造策略。东北商业建筑综合体室内公共空间的设计应当更加注重地域性特色、提升体验性的深度、增加生态景观要素以及人性化、智能化的细节设计,积极地应对体验式消费转变所带来的商业空间形态与消费需求的转变,以实现其设计本土化、差异化并与时俱进的发展。促使我国商业建筑综合体公共空间的设计理论得到进一步完善,为今后商业建筑综合体的开发和建设提供有应用价值的理论依据和参考。
[Abstract]:With the diversification of society and consumption upgrade trend of continuous evolution, the homogenization of competition and commercial complex mode increasingly, more and more commercial complex have sought to upgrade. Commercial building complexes in Northeast China but also to the bottleneck of the development, in the planning, design errors, the loss of the characteristics of regional culture the design of the public space, the lack of features, low utilization of space, function positioning, function and structure of a single composite is low, the space experience, humanization, problems such as insufficient design. This paper studies the integration of commercial complex building in northeast region, to analyze and solve the problems in its development. Firstly, the evolution process of consumption the trend and commercial building complexes and development direction were summed up, and the experience of the public space as a starting point, respectively, from the spatial structure Two directions and functional experience investigation and analysis of the actual case, combined with the Northeast natural, human cultural environment analysis and put forward the Northeast commercial complex interior public space problems. According to the current problems, puts forward the design principles and methods, from the specific theme planning, compound transition space the ecological landscape, in-depth study of consumers' experience and detail elements, this paper tries to put forward the detailed and valuable strategy, to create commercial complex interior public space with the Northeast regional characteristics. The design of northeast commercial building complex interior public space should pay more attention to the regional characteristics, enhance the depth of experience, increase the ecological and landscape elements the details of humanization, intelligent design, and actively respond to the change of the consumption experience to bring commercial space and consumption demand In order to achieve the goal of localization, differentiation and advance with the times, we will further improve the design theory of the public space of our commercial building complex, and provide a theoretical basis and reference for further development and construction of commercial building complex.
