阜新东梁矿非饱和砂岩蠕变试验及模型研究

【摘要】:一直以来地下工程的稳定性、安全性都是实际工程中不可忽视的,岩石所处环境的复杂性、扰动性使深部岩体变现出情况各异的流变特性。鉴于此,对岩石的蠕变特性的研究也是长期以来学者们的研究热点,岩石蠕变理论的研究至今还有待完善,当前对岩石蠕变模型的研究仍然是难点。选取砂岩为研究对象,对其进行基本的物理力学实验研究,获得密度,含水率等物理参数;进行X衍射试验研究,对其内部的化学成分进行研究分析;采用TAW-2000电液伺服岩石三轴仪对非饱和条件和干燥条件下岩石试件进行常规三轴压缩试验,获得粘聚力、内摩擦角、抗压强度、长期强度、屈服强度等参数,为蠕变试验提供可靠依据。最后进行非饱和和干燥砂岩的不同围压下三轴蠕变对比试验研究,依据试验所得结果分析围压、轴压、水等对试件蠕变变形的影响、变形规律以及蠕变破坏形式等。在分析岩石蠕变全过程的基础上,加入非线性黏壶元件,同其他基本元件串并联叠加组合,构建一个能够很好的反应非饱和砂岩蠕变全过程的新模型;模型中的参数由origin软件采用最小二乘法辨识确认,拟合曲线变化规律与实测曲线拟合度较高,验证了该非线性蠕变模型对于非饱和砂岩蠕变全过程特征描述的合理性和可行性,为实际工程提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:The stability and safety of underground engineering have always been unneglectable in practical engineering. The complexity and disturbance of the rock environment make the deep rock mass have different rheological characteristics. The research on creep characteristics of rock is also a hot topic for many scholars for a long time. The study of creep theory of rock remains to be perfected, and the study of creep model of rock is still difficult. The sandstone is chosen as the object of study. The physical parameters such as density and moisture content were obtained by the basic physical and mechanical experiments, and the internal chemical composition was studied by X-ray diffraction test. The conventional triaxial compression tests of rock specimens under unsaturated and dry conditions were carried out by using TAW-2000 electro-hydraulic servo rock triaxial apparatus. The parameters such as cohesion, angle of internal friction, compressive strength, long-term strength and yield strength were obtained. Finally, a comparative study of triaxial creep under different confining pressures of unsaturated and dry sandstone is carried out, and the effects of confining pressure, axial pressure and water on creep deformation of specimens are analyzed based on the experimental results. On the basis of analyzing the whole process of rock creep, the nonlinear bonding pot element is added and combined with other basic elements in series and parallel. A new model which can well reflect the whole creep process of unsaturated sandstone is constructed, and the parameters in the model are identified by the origin software using the least square method, and the variation law of the fitting curve is higher than that of the measured curve. It is verified that the nonlinear creep model is reasonable and feasible for describing the characteristics of the whole creep process of unsaturated sandstone, which provides a theoretical basis for practical engineering.
