推动绿色施工在建筑工程施工企业的应用研究

【摘要】：随着日益凸显的环境、资源问题的加剧,在建筑行业将绿色施工作为未来行业施工的发展方向,受到了更多的关注。如何推动以“四节一环保”为目标宗旨的绿色施工,对于建筑行业的健康发展显得极其重要。但是,从目前整个建筑行业的发展状况来看,绿色施工在建筑工程施工企业中的应用仍然不足、仍存在许多影响因素。如何顺利推动绿色施工在建筑工程施工企业中的应用是政府部门、社会公众、学者及工程实践者关注和研究的重要问题。从绿色施工的内涵、特点、评价体系及绿色建筑相关内容进行阐述,明确了推动绿色施工在建筑行业的发展是大势所趋。具体开展以下几方面的研究:1)首次将ANP法应用于分析影响绿色施工在施工企业应用的各个因素,利用ANP方法建立影响绿色施工在施工企业应用的因素模型,运用Super Decisions软件计算出影响绿色施工应用的主要影响因素,该模型较为完善合理,可以反映出绿色施工应用中所存在的问题。2)通过博弈论研究政府部门与施工企业之间的博弈行为分析,得出绿色施工实施过程中产生博弈的必然性,并构建政府部门与施工企业的博弈模型,结合ANP法的分析结果,为政府部门建立合理的绿色施工激励机制,提出合理化建议,提高建筑工程施工企业对绿色施工应用的积极性。3)通过绿色施工在样板工程中的具体应用,并提出绿色施工效益分析图,结合实际案例分析绿色施工的经济效益、社会效益及环境效益,使施工企业真正了解实施绿色施工所能获得的益处,从而激励施工企业全面实施绿色施工。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly prominent environment and the aggravation of the resource problem, green construction is regarded as the development direction of the construction industry in the future, and more attention has been paid to how to promote the green construction with the aim of "four sections and one environmental protection". It is very important for the healthy development of the construction industry. However, the application of green construction in construction enterprises is still insufficient from the current development of the whole construction industry. There are still many influencing factors. How to promote the application of green construction in construction enterprises is an important issue that the government, the public, scholars and engineering practitioners pay close attention to. The evaluation system and the related contents of green building are expounded, It is clear that it is the trend of the times to promote the development of green construction in the construction industry. The concrete research on the following aspects: 1) the ANP method is applied for the first time to analyze the factors that affect the application of green construction in construction enterprises. Using ANP method to establish the factor model of influencing the application of green construction in construction enterprises, and using Super Decisions software to calculate the main influencing factors of green construction application, the model is more perfect and reasonable. It can reflect the problems existing in the application of green construction. 2) by studying the game behavior between government departments and construction enterprises based on game theory, we can get the inevitability of game in the implementation of green construction. The game model between government departments and construction enterprises is constructed, combined with the analysis results of ANP method, the rational green construction incentive mechanism is established for government departments, and reasonable suggestions are put forward. Through the concrete application of green construction in the model engineering, the paper puts forward the analysis drawing of green construction benefit, and analyzes the economic benefit of green construction with actual cases. Social benefits and environmental benefits make construction enterprises really understand the benefits of green construction so as to encourage construction enterprises to implement green construction in an all-round way.
