城市滨水地区街巷空间研究

【摘要】：我国正处于经济快速发展、城市化进程加速的关键时期,城市面临着全方位的深刻变革。水是城市独特的环境资源,提供人们特有的空间感受及与众不同的城市形态,也给现代城市发展提供了新的契机,城市滨水街巷空间占据着滨水这一得天独厚的地理位置,理所当然应对城市的发展发挥其应有的价值。上个世纪90年代后期,我国对于滨水街巷空间的研究开始备受关注,在基于国外滨水街巷空间开发的成功案例之上,国内的理论研究也逐渐成为了热点。本文从“水、岸、街、城”的城市空间格局入手,以构成滨水城市的“水、岸、街”三大宏观空间要素及其相关关系为研究对象建立研究框架。通过对国内一系列城市滨水街巷空间现状发展案例研究,总结出“水、岸、街、城”的城市空间格局类型,其中包括对各要素的简单总结。通过分析可以发现在三大要素中“街”这一要素变量最多,形式各异会导致不同的滨水街巷空间感受,因此将“街巷”作为核心部分研究。在确定研究对象之后,本文在第三章中针对研究理论与方法做了简单的介绍,主要从空间结构、空间形态以及量化的角度出发进行分析。第四章中,主要是通过对洪江古商城与长沙两个城市做横向对比,以及各自纵向对比研究,结合“群结构”、“序结构”、“空间句法”分析方法来对其“鱼骨型”街巷空间肌理进行分析,对于现代城市滨水街巷空间商业再开发过程中带来的矛盾进行反思,透过现象看本质,发现问题的同时并提出解决办法。第五章先结合前面两章研究内容总结出一系列针对滨水街巷空间的设计原则与营造方法,然后有目的的选择了传统城市洪江古商城与现代城市长沙雅河城市设计进行了实际应用分析,目的在于结合对传统滨水街巷空间肌理的研究成果对传统城镇规划设计进行指导,并将这种方法运用于现代城市滨水街巷空间的规划建设中,达到城市滨水街巷空间可持续健康的发展。
[Abstract]:China is in the critical period of rapid economic development and acceleration of urbanization. Cities are facing profound changes in all directions. Water is a unique environmental resource of a city, providing people with unique spatial feelings and distinctive urban forms. It also provides a new opportunity for the development of modern cities. The urban waterfront street space occupies the unique geographical position of waterfront, so it is natural to play its due value in the development of cities. The research on waterfront street space in our country has been paid more and more attention. Based on the successful case of waterfront street space development abroad, the domestic theoretical research has gradually become a hot spot. Starting with the urban spatial pattern of "city", in order to form the "water, shore" of waterfront city, Based on a series of case studies on the spatial development of waterfront streets and alleys in China, the author summarizes the urban spatial pattern types of "water, shore, street and city". This includes a brief summary of the various elements. Through analysis, we can find that among the three major elements, "Street" is the most variable element, and different forms will lead to different waterfront street and lane space feelings. Therefore, "Street and Lane" is taken as the core part of the study. After determining the research object, this paper makes a brief introduction to the research theory and method in the third chapter, mainly from the spatial structure, In the fourth chapter, through the horizontal comparison between Hongjiang Ancient Mall and Changsha, as well as their longitudinal comparative study, Combined with "group structure", "order structure" and "space syntax" to analyze the texture of the "fishbone" street and lane space, to reflect on the contradictions in the process of commercial redevelopment of the modern urban waterfront street space, and to look at the essence through the phenomenon. The fifth chapter summarizes a series of design principles and construction methods for waterfront street space in combination with the previous two chapters. Then the author chooses the traditional city Hongjiang ancient commercial city and the modern city Changsha Yahe urban design to carry on the practical application analysis, the purpose is to combine the traditional waterfront street lane space texture research result to carry on the instruction to the traditional town plan design. This method is applied to the planning and construction of urban waterfront street space to achieve the sustainable and healthy development of urban waterfront street space.
