建筑工程计日工及其签证应用研究

【摘要】：计日工是在施工过程中,承包人完成发包人提出的工程合同范围以外的零星项目或工作,按合同中约定的单价计价的一种方式。目前,国内的施工合同约定和清单计价规范对计日工的规定基本保持了一致性,而作为一种特殊的计价方式,计日工计价方式对清单计价方式起到了补充作用。由于零星项目或工作是建设工程中是必然存在的,因而对计日工实际应用问题的研究也很有必要的。目前,国内对计日工的研究大部分停留在概念、适用范围等基础理论知识的层面上,本论文的研究将有利于规范计日工项目的操作和实施,同时也能为零星项目或工作的实施提供一种补充计价方式。本论文的研究主要是在《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》和《建设工程施工合同(示范文本)》,并结合相关行业规范和合同约定的基础上,对计日工的应用问题进行分析。论文在对计日工基本问题和特征进行分析的基础上,首先明确了计日工项目的适用性及其限制条件。在上述基础上,本文对计日工项目的实施流程提出优化和完善建议,并对计日工指令、计日工签证及结算与支付管理进行分析。对于计日工的具体操作问题,本文分别从招标人和投标人的角度出发,分析了招标工程量清单和已标价工程量清单中的计日工项目。

At present, The domestic construction contract agreement and the list valuation standard basically maintain the consistency of the provisions of the daily workmen, but as a special way of valuation, As sporadic projects or work are inevitable in construction projects, it is also necessary to study the practical application of daily workers. Most of the domestic research on Japanese workers stay at the level of basic theoretical knowledge, such as concept, scope of application, and so on. The research of this paper will be helpful to standardize the operation and implementation of daily engineering projects. At the same time, it can also provide a supplementary pricing method for the implementation of sporadic projects or work. The research in this paper is mainly in the "Construction Engineering quantity list valuation Specification" and "Construction contract (demonstration text)", and combined with. On the basis of relevant industry norms and contractual provisions, On the basis of the analysis of the basic problems and characteristics of the daily workers, the applicability and the limitation conditions of the daily labor planning projects are defined in this paper. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize and perfect the implementation flow of the project, and analyzes the instruction, visa, settlement and payment management. From the point of view of the tenderee and the bidder, this paper analyzes the daily engineering projects in the bill of quantity and the list of the quantity of the tender.
